Will there be rollback? You might be able to implement something similar to the save state function from PPSSPP to capture everything at once and use that as a basis right?

Apologies for the selfish question, will you ever work on a PC decomp for Dissidia 1? If so, are they similar enough that it wouldn't be too hard? That being said, even if I don't like Duodecim that much, I love what you're doing. This is great stuff!

Someone asked that earlier and i think it would be easier to port the mechanics from Dissidia 1 and merge it into one game than going all over again in 012, but if they are 1:1 where i can reuse stuff from here to 1 it might be easier, but personally i rather just have both in 1

This won’t be something only accessible via a discord will it? I’ve found a lot of mods are sometimes exclusive to discords and it makes it a bit cumbersome having to be in so many different servers when there are websites like gamebanana and nexusmods that make this easier.

It's only exclusive to discord because i am not comfortable sharing it yet because it's full of crashes and perfomance issues, so it's only for those that want to help me find bugs and stuff, once i am comfortable is in a good shape i will share it publicly, hope that makes sense

Amazing proyect! If it becomes a tangible thing in the future it would be nice for it to have custom songs added to the game, since a lot of bangers have released since the OG 012 came out. Music from 14 or 16 for example, would realy compliment this gem.

Sorry if you've answered this before, but Aerith was one of the best assists in this game, but you needed save data from the "paid" demo to unlock her. Theoretically, could you have that unlocked by default for the "native pc" version or would you still need that save data?

i have not looked into it but i could probably just slam it in so it's baseline
