First fully ML-framework-free 3D Gaussian Splatting implementation in LichtFeld Studio. I’ve completed the migration of the full training pipeline to a custom CUDA-based tensor library. No PyTorch, no LibTorch, no autograd. Every gradient is implemented by hand, either through CUDA kernels or minimal abstractions on top. This makes it the first full training setup for 3D Gaussian Splatting with zero dependencies on existing ML frameworks. It’s not just about independence, it's about control! We now manage every byte of GPU memory, which opens the door to tighter optimization and finer performance tuning. The framework footprint is minimal, without pulling in gigabytes of ML runtime code that was never designed for real-time or graphics-driven applications. A few modules, such as the metrics and 3DGUT interfaces, are still being ported, and some operations are temporarily naïve, so performance is not yet on par with master. But this refactor lays the groundwork for: - A fully self-contained binary - Fine-grained memory optimization - Easier experimentation without the weight of an ML stack We’re getting close.

Landing accurately under parachute has historically been more art than science. We're changing that with physical AI. The flexibility of the fabric has traditionally made modeling performance and controllability extremely difficult. By using the latest computer vision and AI models, we have been able to accurately track the movements and shape of the canopy across more than a hundred flights, variable control inputs, and changing flight conditions. The tracking remains effective through visual disruptions, canopy deflections, and changes in vehicle orientation. We feed this data back into our 8-DOF models to better tune Arc's GNC algorithms for the highest accuracy landing in a wide range of flight conditions. This, along with other updates, has reduced landing error by 90%. We're aiming for the controllability of a metal wing with a piece of fabric.

When BMW launched the X5 in 1999, it invented the idea of the “Sport Activity Vehicle.” But in 2004, they went one step further with the 4.8is. Under the bonnet sat a naturally aspirated N62 V8 making 360 HP which is in the facelifted model in place of the older M62, paired with sport suspension, unique styling, and massive 20-inch wheels. Congratulations to Telangana and the entire EAGLE Force, ably led by Sandeep Shandilya, for being awarded the Best ANTF(Anti-Narcotics Task Force) in the country by the Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah at the 3rd National Conference of ANTF Heads in New Delhi. 💐💐 The two-day conference is deliberating on the effective implementation of the Vision Document on Narcotics Control (2026–29), achieving the targets envisaged in it and strengthening our collective resolve towards a Drug-Free #India. Tackling Synthetic drugs and clan labs, Dismantling drug cartels, and strengthening darknet and crypto investigations are among the key areas on the agenda. With this, #Telangana Police has reached first place in our two top priority areas - cyber crime performance and the anti-narcotics performance. We are now trying to improve our ranking in other areas where we have fallen behind like implementation of national criminal laws / ICJS, CCTNS through a special drive and focus. We ll be there soon ! A proud achievement for the entire force. Keep it up, Team TG Police. 👍🏽👏
