This would be a killer API for clothing brand websites. Users could try on all the clothes in their cart and would def be useful.

Group photos has been one of the most requested features on Photo AI for ages but AI models never properly let you do them without a lot of hacking, simply because finetuning AI models (training a model of yourself) means overwriting the ENTIRE concept of "people" with photos of yourself, so generating a group photo would mean getting a lot of clones of yourself which isn't what you want Trying to combine finetunes (LoRas) of 2 different people usually results in creating a group of people that have properties of both, which is also not what you want, regional conditioning kinda works but also not optimal With Flux Kontext though I can just combine 2 different photos, while mostly maintaining their resemblance In Photo AI, you press [ Select ], then select your pics, then press [ Combine photos ] and 10 seconds later you have your group photo The quality is not superb yet, but it's good to get this feature out because the AI models will keep improving, so in 6 months or so this will look perfect Live now on Photo AI 😊😊😊 Thanks to fal for hosting and Black Forest Labs for developing Flux Kontext for all of us

✨ New [ 👗 Try On 2.0 ] on Finally it works REALLY WELL: - pick any clothing, from a screenshot or laid out photo, upload it - click take photo, you can prompt the location of model, light (sunset), time, anything like normal etc. - AI model will wear the clothes you uploaded - textured prints now work REALLY well too, not perfect, but very close - it drapes almost any clothes properly to the body now, still buggy photos but 60-80% is good enough I think it's good enough for Shopify sellers now cc tobi lutke, if anyone here has clothes they want me to try on Photo AI's models, reply a pic and I'll render them and reply to you You can take 1000 pics for $39/mo on Photo AI so it's very economical ~$0.04 per photo, with error ratio maybe $0.06 per good photo you can use for your store without having to do a model photo shoot anymore Render time is about 1-2 minutes per photo but you can run them in parallel of course Last year try on mode wasn't precise enough and it couldn't do textures well, it would detect the clothes, prompt for them, and use the photo as ControlNet reference but that didn't actually work so well as people made it out to be, now it's 1000x better and actually works Nothing is perfect of course, but I'm trying!

✨ You can design a new AI influencer from scratch based on your preferences of how they look They can look any way you want, from young to old, slim to big, short to tall. and you don't need to upload any photos cause they're synthetically generated And I made it so you get a live preview while designing it (another idea I had during my sleep last night :D) Then after you press [ Create model ], it builds up your character, generates some sample photos and then you can start taking your own photos and videos with it Or run a photo pack if you don't want to write prompts

✨ Made a new mini feature on Photo AI: [ Grab from 3d model ] So the problem is we're at that stage in time (typical for AI) where image-to-3d models are not good enough but are fun to play with, but we know they'll be good enough in 1-2 years With [ Make 3d model ] you already can turn any Photo AI pic into a 3d model but it still looks hyper clunky and deformed, but it works! One cool idea I had to make that more useful and made now: Let people make a 3d model then change the view of the it with the 3d viewer, then press [ o ] and it grabs a frame of the 3d That image you can then [ Remix ] (img2img), and it becomes a real photo again and that in turn you can then turn into a video again with [ Make video ] So that essentially gives you a fully freeform camera position control to take photos with One thing I need to fix is the background/skybox, I kinda need to take the original photo and remove the person and just get the background for the 3d model viewer, in this case it should be white, but it's a start!

🧍 Very cool idea So I added it to Photo AI as a T-Pose photo pack you can use to create a moving (or dancing) 3d model of yourself It auto-generates the correct T-Pose of your model immediately and then converts it into a 3D model you can download (as .fbx) and instantly import into @mixamo to rig it After rigging you can add any movement from Mixamo to move it however you want

It's the state of the art model for editing photos with prompts I think It's just one button in Photo AI called [ 📝 AI Edit ] then you type a prompt in a JS prompt() window and just a few seconds later your edit is done Here I took an AI photo of myself, and then added 1000s of puppies to it with [ 📝 AI Edit ] and then turned it into a video with [ 🎞️ Make video ] Gemini 2 isn't perfect btw, the quality of faces reduces a bit with every edit. A short term fix would pressing Remix and then getting the resemblance back.

A useful trick for making AI photos look 100% real: (it's not always the model — it can be the color grading) Out of the box, Nano Banana Pro can have a gray, flat look. Good composition, but these scream AI. Here's the system that fixes it: → Grab a reference photo from Pinterest with the exact aesthetic you want → Feed it to ChatGPT 5.2 with a prompt that extracts a detailed color grading JSON → Paste that JSON into image generator (Calico AI) → Generate your product photo. (the colors are now based on the reality you specify, not AI defaults) → Save that character as your reference for facial consistency across future shots From here you can build a full UGC model library. No creators. No shoots. Comment "IMAGE" if you want me to send you every prompt in this system (must be following so I can dm you!).
