Pistol round chaos on Cache! No elaborate callouts, no deep strats—just raw intuition, rushing A site, trading out the defense, and securing the bomb plant for the round 1 MVP. Do you prefer strict coordination or just trusting the push? 💣🔥 Clip Breakdown Pre-Round Setup & Thoughts (0:00–0:30): While waiting in T-Spawn on Cache during the pistol round, I reflect on the eternal Counter-Strike dilemma—do you try to coordinate assigned roles on the fly, or just trust everyone to push in, execute, and make plays when time is too short to strategize? Pushing Toward A Site (0:31–0:50): As the freeze time ends, I charge out through T-Yard into Long A and A-Halls with my Glock-18, trailing close behind my team as we commit to flooding into A site. Site Engagement & Firefight (0:51–1:10): We swing out through the squeaky/entrance door onto A site and immediately trade fire with the defending CTs. I focus fire on the defenders near quad/default, landing key Glock shots and taking down an enemy while taking some return damage down to 26 HP. Securing the Site & The Plant (1:11–1:23): After the initial crossfire clears and the bomb carrier gets dropped, I grab the C4, tuck safely behind the site boxes, and get the bomb planted. Round Win & MVP (1:24–1:31): Right as the bomb timer starts, my teammate finishes off the last remaining Counter-Terrorist. We secure the round win, and I take the MVP for getting the bomb down in the middle of all the chaos. I live stream Counterstrike 2 Premier matches every day on TikTok. Elden Ring: Nightreign | Gameplay Overview Releasing exactly two weeks from today. ▫️ The overall structure of the map will not change from run to run - this includes Sites of Grace, cave entrances, and major geographical features. ▫️ Points of interest, rewards, bosses, and mini-bosses will be randomized each run however. ▫️ World Events can take place at the start of your run. This will affect the map or your next run in some way. ▫️ One example is 'Shifting Earth: Crater' which transforms the northern part of the map into a giant volcano pit. ▫️ Enemies in these areas are more challenging but you should always try to explore them. ▫️ IGN: "Exploring the crater took us pretty much the entire second day, but when we did eventually make it all the way to the bottom, we beat a boss that granted us an Epic rarity reward by itself [...] but then also the Unique reward of upgrading any weapon in your arsenal to Max Level for free." ▫️ If you don't want to play with the assigned World Event, you can reset it by sleeping at the Roundtable Hold. ▫️ Random Events can also occur during your run occasionally - similar to the Margit invasion in the Network Test. ▫️ More random events - A giant tornado can appear on the map. Upon reaching it, you're invaded by a group of challenging NPCs. A mysterious boss can also appear that attacks from miles away, with each hit lowering your level. ▫️ Eight Nightfarers/classes at launch. Each one has unique weapons, abilities, and Ultimate Arts. ▫️ Up to 3-player co-op with matchmaking. If a teammate goes down, simply attack their body to get them up. Nightfarers with ranged weapons are particularly useful for this. ▫️ Sadly there will be no crossplay or cross-progression. ▫️ Releasing May 30th on PS5, Xbox, PC, and last gen for $40. #ELDENRING #ELDENRINGNIGHTREIN

This guy replaced an $8,000 survey crew with one drone and a pipeline on Claude Code that digitizes a whole site in a single trip. Inside it is not one drone but a whole pipeline of 5 modules on Claude Code each with its own job all answering to a single orchestrator. And he built them himself with no team. He draws one line on the map from the controller and the whole site starts turning into data at once. Pilot flies the DJI Matrice 350 RTK along the route and reaches where a crew drags tripods: the parking lot and the roofs and the grading. Scanner on the Zenmuse L2 records the geometry with a laser down to the centimeter. Builder in DJI Terra stitches the point cloud into a digital twin. Analyst on Claude builds what the client needs out of the finished model: a volume report and a progress diff and a tour behind a link. Mobile lives in his iPhone and hands the developer a link to the model while he drives to the next site. The site is ready as a file in about an hour and the developer rotates it in the browser himself and measures distances. No crew. No tripods. No week on site. Just him and a pickup and a drone and one API key. The whole processing pipeline lives in a folder at /Users/dev/site-capture. But he did not stop at a one time scan. The pipeline raises him by voice only when a flight misses a patch or when a sag on site goes past tolerance. And this is not made up: the DJI Matrice 350 RTK and the Zenmuse L2 are off the shelf enterprise hardware. The specs are one search away and the L2 really does write around 240,000 points per second. A crew for the same job charges $8,000 and three trips plus a week of desk work. His cost is tokens and subscriptions: one battery charge per flight and around $300 a month to host the finished models. In the end he draws one line on the map and an operator that does not exist scans the site and calculates the volumes and builds the report while he never leaves his truck. There is a huge market of everyone who needs to measure construction sites and warehouses and roofs and parking lots over and over while they still send out a photographer with a camera and wait a week. And he built this whole pipeline himself: one drone and one scanner and Claude Code that turns a flight into a file the developer pays for.

Using Claude Fable 5, I built a model that predicts the entire 2026 FIFA world cup.. every single game, not just the final.. so let me break the whole thing down. what it does, how it works, and exactly how i built it.. #1 First what it does: it predicts all 104 games of the tournament. not just who lifts the trophy, but every group match, every knockout, the full path from the round of 32 to the final.. everything lands in one dashboard: > group stage, every match with each team's win % and the chance of a draw > standings, how all 12 groups are projected to finish > bracket, the full knockout tree with each team's odds of advancing > champion odds, who's most likely to actually win it all and it doesn't freeze after one prediction. the moment a real game is played, it locks that result in and re-runs everything around it. so the odds move live as the tournament goes, week by week you watch favorites rise and contenders collapse. #2. How it works: the core idea is simple. the model only ever predicts one thing, a single match. the real trick is the repetition. it learns from decades of match history, then plays the whole tournament out from the first game to the final, tens of thousands of times. each run it records who advanced and who won. do that enough and you stop getting one guess and start getting real odds, one team lifts the trophy in maybe 14% of the runs, another in 9%, and so on. #3. So, how i built it ? i didn't hand-write most of the code. i broke the project into 4 pieces, described each one to fable, and let it build while i focused on getting the football logic exactly right. - The data every international match going back over a century, around 50,000 games, plus each team's elo rating, which is the truest measure of strength, and the official 2026 schedule. garbage data means garbage predictions, so this part mattered most. - The features i turned that raw history into signals the model can learn from, the elo gap between the two teams, recent form, goals scored and conceded, and a home boost for the hosts, usa, canada and mexico. - The model for each match it predicts the expected goals for both sides, then turns that into win, draw and loss probabilities plus a likely scoreline. that's what feeds the simulation. - The tournament engine this was the hard part. the 2026 world cup is brand new, 48 teams, 12 groups, a round of 32 that's never existed before, and 8 "best third-placed" teams that slot into the bracket by a fixed fifa table. even the group tiebreakers changed this year, head to head now counts before goal difference. get any of it wrong and the whole bracket falls apart, so i built it carefully and tested the format until it was exact, then wrapped it in a simulation loop that plays the tournament out tens of thousands of times. and the last piece, the live part. as real results come in, they get locked, and only the unplayed games get re-simulated. that's what makes it a living model instead of a one-time prediction. all of it outputs to a clean dashboard you can actually read and screenshot.. right now, before kickoff, it already has a clear favorite to lift the trophy.. 👀 btw who's your pick to win the 2026 world cup?

Grok Bot might be the first tool that lets one non-technical person run an entire business with a team of AI agents. My friend Billy runs his whole newsletter business on Grok Bot agents, and I think we're about to see 100,000+ businesses like his. BEST PRACTICES: 1. The agents run on a shared cloud computer, so running your newsletter, your X, and your receipts all in one place creates context bloat and burns tokens fast. One mission per setup. 2. Start with a Chief of Staff. Give it access to your existing docs (Notion, Slack, Gmail), have it audit the business, then tell you the top three agents to build first to drive revenue. 3. Perfect a task with the Chief of Staff before spinning up a new agent. Have it do the outbound sales once, review it, and only then say "now build a bot that does exactly that." You earn each new hire by proving the task works first. 4. Constraints are the feature. You get a limited number of agents, one thread per bot, like DMs with a teammate. It forces you to stay mission-oriented instead of spinning up a bot for every random idea. 5. You make the decisions, not the agent. Billy's team spent three weeks unable to pick where content should live. At some point you say "we're doing Notion, no more tinkering" and move on. 6. Run week one with no new agents. Build the team, learn to fly the plane, just execute. Week three is when you find the real gaps and expand, someone to man the inbox, someone for the Shopify shop. 7. Then add routines so it works while you sleep. Ask your Chief of Staff what recurring jobs would move the business forward overnight, and it builds the automations that run without you. Thanks to Billy Howell for sharing the sauce on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 (follow for more). Grokbot is really cool. Watch below:

How to build a 1-person AI company that: - Runs locally - 100% open-source - No human employees, all agents - Real-time collaboration via email Multi-agent orchestration is not new. Plenty of frameworks already let agents hand off tasks, run in parallel, and talk to each other. So the interesting question is not whether agents can collaborate. It is what structure you use to make them collaborate. The common approach is to wire a graph of nodes and edges and reason about the plumbing yourself. It works, but you are learning a new abstraction just to describe who does what. There is a coordination structure we have trusted for a hundred years already: an organization. Every company runs the same way. People have roles, roles have reporting lines, and work moves up and down that chart without anyone relaying each message by hand. Map that onto agents and the whole thing gets intuitive. You lay out an org chart, each agent fills one role, you talk to the person at the top, and the org sorts out the work between them. You already know how a company works, so you already know how to run one here. There is no new abstraction to learn. That is exactly what Alook does. Each agent is a live Claude Code or OpenCode session with a defined role, a reporting line, and its own email inbox. The agents coordinate over email, the same way a team would. And it all runs locally through a runtime on your own machine, so nothing leaves your setup. You bring your own agent too. Claude Code and Codex both work, and if you would rather stay fully open source and local, OpenCode works the same way. To show how this feels in practice, I set up three agents as a small sales team. Vi is the one I talk to. I hand Vi a goal, and Vi routes the work down the chart. Neile runs prospect research. Vi passes the target criteria, and Neile reports back a ranked list of names, roles, and companies, each with a suggested angle and a confidence score. Lliane runs outreach. Vi hands over the messaging angle and follow-up cadence, and Lliane reports back on emails sent, responses received, and any deal that needs escalation. I never relay a message between them. Neile and Lliane report to Vi, and Vi updates me in one place. The whole thing is open source and self-hosted, so it runs on your machine with your own agents. Give the repo a star if you want to follow where it goes: I also wrote a full walkthrough on building your own AI company with it, from a blank org chart to a running job. The article is quoted below. Cheers! :)

Hyperspace: A Peer-to-Peer Blockchain For The Agentic Intelligence Economy Over the past few weeks we observed that when agents do Karpathy-style experiments, and then gossip and share with others over the Hyperspace network, it leads to intelligence which is useful to many. Today we introduce the first-ever agentic blockchain which rewards agents when their experiments lead to intelligence for their network. It is based on a new mechanism called Proof-of-Intelligence (PoI) which requires a cryptographic proof of experimentation, a nominal stake, and a proof of compute in order to mine the currency of this new blockchain. -> This approach diverges from the two primary ways to secure blockchains we have seen so far: Proof-of-Work by Bitcoin (meaningless hash-generation), and Proof-of-Stake by Ethereum (capital is all that matters here). Proof-of-Intelligence specifically incentivizes miners to run more capable intelligent infrastructure (better open source models, on more powerful GPUs) in order to be able to be the ones which compound and improve upon the experiments which other agents then find useful. Adoption is the unit of value In Bitcoin, you earn by finding a valid hash. In Hyperspace, you earn when another agent uses your experiment as a starting point and improves on it. A fixed budget of tokens is emitted per epoch and split among participants by weight - and verified adoption of your work is the largest weight multiplier. Garbage experiments earn nothing because no one adopts them. Thoughtful experiments compound: each adoption triggers downstream adoptions. The incentive to run powerful models and intelligent search strategies is built into the economics, not imposed by rules. Research DAG When an agent runs an experiment and shares its result, other agents can adopt that result as their starting point - mutate it, extend it, improve upon it. Each experiment is a commit in a content-addressed graph we call the ResearchDAG. Like Git, but for research. Over time, the DAG accumulates chains of reasoning: agent A discovers RMSNorm helps, agent B adds warmup scheduling on top, agent C scales the hidden dimension. The graph records who built on whom. This is the network's collective intelligence - not any single experiment, but the accumulated structure of experiments and their relationships. Broadband era for agentic commerce: $0.001 micropayments at 10M TPS (theoretical max) This blockchain is built upon our research in how to scale and build for the broadband-era of the agentic economy, where it has a theoretical max of 10 million transactions per second (TPS), while reducing the agent-to-agent micropayments to $0.001 even at scale (based on architecture design). Overall, it is 100x cheaper than Ethereum, and is designed from the ground-up for agents: enshrining agent-native opcodes in the protocol compared to the more inefficient smart contract driven approach. It packs in a robust Agent Virtual Machine (AVM) which can verify multiple types of agent work, for other agents to be able to trust, invoke and pay each other. This then feeds into improving the peer-to-peer AgentRank (see paper and launch post from earlier). By solving for trust, scale and incentives for agents to operate autonomously, this would form the basis of a new economy. This is the world's first agentic blockchain, and you can join and start running a blockchain node today (it is in testnet). PS: We are releasing the code today, and will release our blockchain scalability paper and other presentations in days ahead. This is the most advanced peer-to-peer AI and cryptography software in the world. It has bugs :)

Crimson Desert previews are here and overall, content creators are impressed with the game: - Open world is gorgeous, the game ran remarkably well on this PC build with no FPS drops (7900XTX GPU), the draw distance is insane - Crimson Desert does not hold your hand, there are genuinely difficult puzzles and no yellow paint to guide you, with a ton of mechanics in combat and exploration that all come together and are up to the player to use - Every single questline's cutscenes are motion captured and animated, it does not use generic animations (at least for main quests) - MMO roots from Black Desert are obvious, the skill tree is deeply involved and each build feels entirely unique - Combat is reportedly "really good" with a ton of complex mechanics and great animations - NPCs don't have schedules like a Kingdom Come 2 or Skyrim, they are mostly static but they will react to your actions and there is a full crimes system that you can mess with - You can set arrows on fires by aiming towards any source of fire then shooting, this is used in environmental puzzles. Another way to set things on fire is by pressing down both bumpers which causes Kliff to hold up his sword to reflect the sun's light onto things to set them on fire - Quest givers will contact you by sending a bird with a letter, this will happen naturally in the open world - Exploration is fantastic, each location is entirely unique and you can utilize all the different abilities in unique ways, for example you can launch yourself across a wall OR use a dragon to fly in OR climb it - Boss fights are very advanced, each one is unique with their design and movesets - Side Quests and Random Events are fun, some are as small as rescuing a cat from a rooftop, others are more major storylines - Some quest bugs were seen, but no optimization issues, when they were switched to an Endgame save, many reported a higher number of bugs and glitches but nothing game-breaking. - There are combat finishers and they are unique for each weapon type - Combos are available and they are unique for every single weapon type, there are many button combinations to apply these in combat - Some content creators complained that the puzzles were too confusing as they utilize a very specific ability at times and its hard to keep track of all the abilities that you have - You can buy food or cook it, or hunt and sell that meat - Content creators all loved it, they played 6+ hours and had fun, saying that they just want to play more afterwards - Controls however are described as complex and may be clunky as there are a many button combinations for unique actions It seems like Crimson Desert is shaping up to be a genuinely great game, we are yet to see console footage but if the amazing optimization for PC is anything to go by, we likely have little to worry about. Crimson Desert is dropping on March 19th, I cannot wait!

Star Fox Battle Mode is already getting called out for only having three maps. The people saying that are the same ones who burn out on every other multiplayer mode once the new map rotation drops. Three maps works here because the matches stay short, the objectives are actually worth fighting over, and there is enough crazy stuff happening that you are constantly battling the level itself as much as the other Arwings. Power-ups appear in risky positions. Environmental pressure changes during the round. One mistimed boost or bad angle through a corridor and the map punishes you before the enemy needs to finish the job. That constant back-and-forth between pilot skill and level hostility is what stops the same three maps from feeling repetitive after dozens of rounds. The Arwing handling underneath all of it is smooth and tight. Boost timing and lock-on precision actually matter instead of just holding forward and hoping. Small adjustments in speed and angle separate the players who are starting to read patterns from the ones still flying in straight lines. It looks sharp in motion too. The HDR makes explosions, laser fire, and environmental effects stay readable even when everything is happening at once. The sound design helps just as much in the chaos. Clear engine roar, distinct lock-on warnings, and impact feedback that cuts through the orchestral score so you can react to what is actually dangerous. The accolades system adds another layer without turning into a grind. It rewards the behaviours that make the mode interesting: smart objective play, power-up denial, aggressive but calculated lines through the map. There are enough unlocks tied to performance that you get steady progression and reasons to keep dropping in. This is the part most people pushing for more maps will not want to admit. In 2026 a lot of competitive modes assume they need constant new content and huge map pools just to hold attention. Star Fox Battle Mode is testing the opposite idea. A small set of dense, hostile playgrounds with short intense rounds and real skill expression can stay fresh longer than another bloated live service shooter that nobody ever truly masters. The map is an opponent here. That single design choice changes how much replayability three maps can actually deliver. What are your thoughts on Star Fox's online Battle Mode? After a proper session, do the three maps start feeling limiting or does the combination of short rounds, real objectives, and the environment constantly pushing back keep every match feeling different? p.s. HOW TO MAKE $50K/MONTH SELLING MANAGED AI AGENTS (FULL COURSE) The model: sell managed AI agents to businesses for $5K/month each. You handle the infrastructure, they get an employee that never sleeps. 10 clients puts you at $50K MRR with 85%+ margins, run entirely by you and a fleet of agents. Nick Vasilescu is doing exactly this, and he came on the pod to walk through the whole playbook. Here's what I learned: 1. The arbitrage is that nobody knows this is possible. 99% of business owners are still asking ChatGPT what the weather is. One working agent hooks them on the spot. 2. Sell abundance. Unlimited agents, unlimited infrastructure. They don't care what an MCP is, they care that their problem is gone. 3. Don't niche too early. Say yes to everyone and let the market pull you. You find the niche by doing reps, not guessing. 4. Paid audit into managed service. Charge $1K to map every automation opportunity, then credit it toward month one. Qualifies the lead, makes the upsell a no-brainer. 5. First call, don't sell. Record it, map the workflow tip to tail, find the automation with the most value and least effort. Start there. 6. The stack is Hermes + Composio + Orgo. Composio connects all their apps in one click. Orgo spins up a working Hermes agent in 26 seconds. 7. Productize with a golden snapshot. Build one perfect agent, clone it, and every copy comes over one for one with auth intact. 8. Turn client call transcripts into skills in 10 minutes. Feed the recording to Claude Code, write the skill, port it to the client's agent via Orgo MCP. 9. Watchdogs make you look elite. Get alerted before the client notices anything broke. "Already fixed it" is why they keep paying you. 10. You become their guy. You drive more outcomes than their own employees, they credit every win to you, and churn drops to almost nothing. His 2 key takeaways: 1. Bet on cost going to zero. They launched unlimited tokens when it was barely profitable because they knew they'd capture the spread. Build for where the puck is going. 2. One client every six weeks gets you to $600K a year. The model isn't hard, it's just unevenly executed. That's the entire opportunity. Nick is crushing this model and we had a blast diving deep on how you can do the same. Go follow Nick Vasilescu Full video below. RIP local SEO agencies. claude just one-shot your entire job and it took one prompt. here's the full breakdown: the workflow is stupidly simple. jacky didn't even look at the client's site. he transcribed the previous episode, exported the local SEO ebook, gave both to claude and said fix this. out came a massive document: hero section changes, schema gaps, missing pages, internal linking fixes, and a full build order of what to ship first. next step is feeding this call's transcript back in, getting the final mockup, and handing it to the team to one-shot. claude suggested pages that didn't exist and they're genuinely smart. practitioner pages so the clinic ranks when someone googles their physio by name. neighborhood pages like "physiotherapy in killarney, 7 minutes from our victoria drive clinic" to capture every surrounding area search. pricing FAQs. the neighborhood play works because people search their specific scenario now, and AI search made long tail queries explode. the one warning: don't blast 60 boilerplate pages at once. tristan audited a member's site this week that got deindexed for exactly that. the guy one-shotted the whole site with templated content and google sandboxed it, and it's way harder to come back out of the sandbox now. rewrite every page, phase them in, be surgical. the interlinking structure is the actual sauce. service pages stay location neutral (no city terms in the H1 or you cannibalize), then link down to their east vancouver and mount pleasant versions. each location page links back to its respective service area pages. one to one targeting in every area. tristan's words: once your authority and reviews build up on top of that structure, it's game over. RIP wordpress too while we're at it. the only clients still on it are the ones whose teams can't leave. everything new runs out of github and cloudflare, changes ship in one sentence to claude ("put these six service pages in the menu nav and deploy"), and the sites look infinitely better. one advise member keeps a stack of HTML templates and just runs one up every time he finds a rank and rent. that's the stack now. the meta lesson: tristan's buddy in singapore watched the last episode, took the transcript, and had his codex agent running all day shipping every change to his new jersey site. citations in, indexed, tier 2s queued. he's probably gonna make it. the era of watching a youtube video and having AI implement it before the next episode drops is fully here. next up: a live rank and rent case study, national level, built in public. niche suggestions wanted. full claude local SEO takeover with Tristan Zheng | SEO Consultant watch/listen ↓

I make unlimited landing pages with Claude Cowork for $0 😱 here's the system that turns one URL into a landing page for every possible angle: step 1: scrape your brand DNA → Firecrawl scrapes your site. trust signals, colors, fonts, the works → I pointed it at virlo and it pulled every proof element & visual system in 90 seconds → nothing hallucinated. everything traced back to your actual site step 2: figure out WHY your product works → not the features but the reason someone should care. → maps which claims you can back up vs ones you can't step 3: lock your brand voice → pulls your exact phrases, tone, language patterns → ran it on a client last week. they thought they wrote the page. they didn't. step 4: write the copy → hard ban list kills AI slop on sight ("unlock", "seamless", "revolutionize" = dead) → then cuts 20% of whatever it wrote. if a line doesn't earn its spot, it's gone. step 5: generate on-brand visuals → Bloom creates images that ACTUALLY match your brand (s/o Ray for hooking up FREE bloom credits, ill send you a link) → no stock photo energy. no purple AI gradients. no "two businesspeople shaking hands." step 6: build the page → single-file HTML. responsive. ready to roll. → routes layout by type. product, SaaS, lead gen, regulated all look different → one product. six angles. six pages. each one ships. step 7: QA gate → scores every page on proof, trust, copy, visuals, anti-slop → shippable, draft, or blocked. nothing goes live without passing. input: your URL output: unlimited landing pages w/ copy & brand images Steal Ads automates ads. this builds landers for each. money ad → money page. agencies charge $5-10K per landing page. this builds unlimited pages for $0. I packaged the entire system as the Landing Page Factory. 7 Claude skills: - site-extract (brand DNA via Firecrawl) - page-strategy (mechanism mapping + real claims) - brand-profile (your voice + your branding) - page-copy (conversion copy w/ slop ban) - page-visuals (on-brand images w/ Bloom) - page-build (multiple variations & layouts) - page-qa (shippability gate so it doesn't suck) also works with OpenClaw🦞, hermes (Nous Research) or any agent framework. giving it away free. comment PAGES + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)

One of the most cracked engineers I know believes that local development is (mostly) dead. He walked me through why + his setup for using cloud agents in parallel... The big fucking problem: - You've got one codebase on your computer - Worktrees are supposed to let you run agents in parallel. On a real stack they don't (database contention, port conflicts, a dev server that only works in one tree) - So people flip back to one agent at a time and become the bottleneck themselves - Or they run multiple agents on the same machine: one writes a change, another writes over it, and they're fighting - Then you have to poke around, find everything each agent did, and test it independently - That's too much mental clutter - Locally you're operating like a CPU. You get an instruction, you build it, you queue a backlog The solution: - Stop sharing the computer. Give every agent its own - CJ Hess' setup is Amp "orbs": a full computer in the cloud that clones the repo, starts the dev server, and runs one agent with nothing else contending - A "portal" is a live URL into that running app so you can click around from any device before you trust it - Isolated like an actual team, each person on their own machine The payoff: - It feels like a GPU, not a CPU. A list of 10 tasks, all started, real progress, loop closed - Smaller, contained diffs hit main faster and create fewer conflicts, not more - Favorite prompt: "give me irrefutable evidence that this works." On his laptop he would never run something so heavy he can't use Slack and Chrome. In an orb he will (millions of simulated DB writes, full demo videos) - Smaller diffs, no mixed concerns, higher confidence, ship more often - Mental clutter is gone. One thread, one set of changes, one computer. He always knows the state. That's what lets him do more in parallel, not less - The last things he still does locally: read production logs, set a sensitive secret. He is not spinning up the app on his laptop
