Seedance 2.0 is allowing us to enter a new era of music video creation. Here is how I created HONEY. It was a quick test to see how well this workflow holds up. 🐝 1 - Write your song and generate the music with Suno 5.5. 2 - Use an image generator of your choice. For HONEY I combined both Grok Imagine for aesthetics and Nano Banana Pro for refined editing. 3 - In Capcut I import my audio and just save out a blank video video containing the audio. This step is important because this video file containing audio will now be used with Seedance 2.0 as a video reference with Omni. This allows the AI to apply automatic and realistic lipsync and movement to the music, it's extremely powerful! 4 - Once I have a both my image and video with audio as reference, I use Seedance 2.0 Omni and upload my starting image and then the video reference with the audio. 5 - From here I'm simply prompting like normal, specifying what's happening in my scene with detailed instructions, mentioning multi shots and camera angle changes and then specifying that the person is singing along to the song. I type out the lyrics that are present to have better lipsync accuracy. 6 - Once I have generated a video and like the result, I do video to video, so i upload that video that just got generated and type "The scene continues" and prompt new actions to take place. This allows you to expand on a narrative. These new shots can be used as B-ROLL and since I uploaded my video as reference I have full consistency of everything it saw in the video. This is also extremely powerful. 7 - This is actually the most difficult part. Edit in Capcut. This is where you need to understand pacing and shot selection from all the scenes you generated to bring it all together. You must be strategic with the editing. Goodluck! I'll probably record a video tutorial at some point as it's easier to see what is being done.

This is Cindy Crawford. She is a street dog that lives between a 7-11 and some restaurants. She is well known and everybody in the area feeds her. When I spotted her this morning she had given up and I had to lift her off her dangerous position with a kind Thai lady. You could quickly see that this was more serious than just an overfed dog. She’s losing all her fur and it’ll be gone in a week or two. She is riddled with parasites and she is 43kg / 90 Lbs when she should be half that at the very most. She seems to only be about 5 years old. Despite lots of locals and tourists feeding her she is clearly a very sick dog who needs special treatment. That has now started. She can hardly walk 10 yards and she had trouble standing up on her little legs. My dream is to see her running after the moped one day in the future with the other dogs full of energy. 2 years ago, Riffusion was one of the first music generating AI models, by finetuning Stable Diffusion literally on images of waveforms, and then decoding those as audio again I made a song for my gf with it called "Bunny Trouble, Trouble Bubble" about a year ago, extremely catchy and we loved it But it was capped to 12 seconds and I could only imagine how it'd be as a full song Now Suno is finally good enough and I used it as an input so I could extend it from a 12 second clip to 3 minute song, it's essentially the audio version of img2img It took a few times extending it and half the times the output was very bad but the other half it was really great The quality is still a bit low because Riffusion's quality itself was quite low, so that's not Suno's fault, it just extends the low quality into a full song, what I need is an audio upscaler to fix that The fun thing about this, every year music generating AI will be better and I can try inputting the song again to make it better and better If you wanna do the same with your short clip: 1) go to Suno 2) click Create 3) click Custom 4) Upload Audio, upload your short clip here Your existing clip now gets added to the listing on the right (bit confusing) 5) Now hover over it and tap extend 6) More confusingly it will now only play the extended part not the full song 7) To get the full song, click the 3 vertical dots ... -> Create -> Get Whole Song 8) That will stitch your original input clip and the extended clip into one Now you'll probably have a 1 minute clip, so 9) Extend that WHOLE SONG clip again and do the same stitch thing (Get Whole Song) again Depending on the clips you like and not, choose the ones you wanna continue with by stitching them By now you'll have about a 3 minute song!

I was discussing the results to a patient with mold (mycotoxins) yesterday. She asked me if she could record it, presumably so that she didn’t forget anything I said and be able to review it later. These treatments include various IVs, oral medications, supplements, modalities, and peptides. These plans are custom and are not one size fits all. There’s things that need to be monitored, and adjustments need to be made. The test I’m discussing here is the most sensitive test for mold (mycotxoins) on the planet - it’s called MymycoLab. This morning at NeurIPS, Rich Sutton reminded us that we need continual learning to reach AGI. This afternoon, Ali Behrouz presented a Google poster paper, Nested Learning, which provides new ideas on the path to continual learning. I recorded the 40 minute talk as it might be useful for some researchers in the audience. For the rest of us, I subscribe to Andrej Karpathy's suspicion that it will take a 5-10 papers like this to move us to AGI from where we are now, just like it took about 10 papers to move from 2012's AlexNet to ChatGPT. At the very end, I ask Ali how far along to continual learning this represents.
