OLB Keion White spoke highly of assistant coach Mike Smith after Tuesday’s practice. This video shows some of their work together, with White saying: “I have a really good coach helping me. Coach Smith was telling me steps, alignment, things like that I haven’t traditionally heard. So just that next step of having that coach behind me is really big for me. “… It’s helpful because it slows it down a little bit and trains me. He’s doing a good job of saying, ‘This is what you need to think of, this is your thought process.’ That’s something I don’t think I had before and what I was missing; I was training myself, I’m not going to lie. Now I feel like I have a coach.” (Accompanying note: Smith played at Texas Tech and was a seventh-round pick of the Ravens in 2005.)

I VEHEMENTLY disagree with Paul Finebaum’s criticism of Coach Deion Sanders, Sheduer Sanders and Colorado. He called them irrelevant and that they don’t matter to College Football. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Colorado is very relevant and broke TV viewership records last year even after their 3-0 start that saw them finish the year 4-8. They out drew some of the biggest brands in all of College Football last year. Their blowout loss to Oregon had 10.03 million viewers, which topped the Notre Dame-Ohio State game. Shedeur Sanders stated that Colorado is everyone’s Super Bowl game when they play them. HE IS CORRECT, if you take the time to understand what he meant. Every team that played Colorado last year played their hardest against them because they knew everyone was watching and it was their opportunity to shine in front of the masses. It wasn’t JUST ABOUT winning, they wanted to humiliate them and kill their confidence. It pains many that Coach Prime, his sons, Travis Hunter, his coaches and all his players are still walking in their purpose and have never wavered for a second. They know the mission they are on and won’t back down in the face of adversity. Colorado wasn’t an “Easy win” last year for anyone except Oregon and Washington State. 5 of their 8 losses were by one score or less. Colorado making the College Football Playoff AT SOME POINT in Deion Sanders’ tenure would be a great thing for College Football. Not just for the increased viewership, but because taking a program that last won a Conference Championship when Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter weren’t even born yet would be an incredible accomplishment and rebuild. Colorado doesn’t have to go to the College Football Playoff this year and will still be relevant. Teams will be jumping out of their skin to get after them a little extra because they think they are too confident. Coaches will up the passion because they believe they deserve the attention and eyeballs that Coach Prime and Colorado demand. Like Coach Prime said, he is analyzed different and his wins are measured differently. One thing is for sure though. Coach Prime is building something at Colorado and as an analyst, I don’t think we should be trying kick him and his team down because they are confident and believe in themselves. They are great for College Football because they are different. Different might make people uncomfortable, but that doesn’t mean it’s wrong. The gym I train and work at is expanding soon, so I shared a few IG posts last week in collaboration with the owner. While scrolling, I noticed some young guns doing impressive, almost unbelievable stuff. One guy caught my attention: Will Holmes. Natural bodybuilder. 18 years old. 225 lbs. He already lifts heavier than I did in my prime. Fascinating, and hard to explain at his age, especially natural. Pendulum squat: 8.25 plates x 8 Deadlift: 310kg , 283lbs x 2 Smith squat: 6.5 plates x 4 Cybex Incline press: 7 plates ps. Hack Squat: 8 plates x 4 And so on... His coach calls him Alien, and it seems like there are many more young “aliens” emerging out there. My theory is that those young athletes obviously have access to good coaching. But the main difference is they watch others, see what's possible, and by doing so they don’t create limitations in their minds. We’re gonna see more incredible things in the coming years.

The 46-year-old reportedly carried out the assaults at multiple schools in the Twin Cities area. All victims were under the age of 13. Authorities, however, say there could be more than 120 victims, according to MPR News. Hjermstad was initially charged in 2021 for assaulting four boys. When he was out on bail before his sentencing, Hjermstad was found and pulled over in Idaho. According to Idaho State Police Cpl. Jared Shively, during a search of Hjermstad's car, he found a paper with a list of 200 children’s names. Some names had an asterisk next to them with the phrase "slept in Aaron’s bed." 🚨DEVASTATING NEW REVELATIONS: Police Took A FULL EIGHT MINUTES To Realise Henry Nowak Was Stabbed To Death - While He Lay Handcuffed, Dragged, And Bleeding Out Right In Front Of Them! 😡 18-year-old Southampton University student Henry Nowak was brutally stabbed FIVE times with a 21cm blade on 3 December 2025 by Vickrum Digwa (23). Digwa and his brother immediately lied to police, screaming that Henry had racially attacked them. A dying Henry pleaded with officers NINE TIMES that he couldn’t breathe and FOUR TIMES that he had been stabbed. One officer’s cold reply? “I don’t think you have, mate.” Instead of saving him, officers dragged the dying teen along the floor, slapped handcuffs on him behind his back, and read him his rights as blood poured from his wounds. Those were some of the last words Henry ever heard. NEW bodycam audio exposes the horrifying delay: MALE OFFICER: I’m not sure he’s breathing. FEMALE OFFICER: (Checks neck) MALE: He’s not breathing. FEMALE: Right, let’s get the handcuffs off. FEMALE: (On radio) From 4-8 we don’t think he’s breathing… Got no pulse. Handcuffs off. CPR begins. Minutes drag on with Henry dying in front of them: FEMALE OFFICER: Can you put a torch… I just wanna make sure that he hasn’t been stabbed. Clothing ripped open - EIGHT FULL MINUTES after police arrived. MALE OFFICER: Has he been stabbed there? FEMALE: Yeah, he’s got a stab… there’s a mark there. MALE: That makes it worse. I’m pushing on a f*cking stab wound. MALE OFFICER (whispers): He’s f*cking gone. He’s got blood coming out his nose. They were doing f*cking chest compressions directly on a fatal stab wound for minutes without even checking! Unbelievable! Paramedics arrived too late. Henry was pronounced dead at the scene at 00:37. This wasn’t a simple mistake. This was a dying White British boy, begging for help, being dismissed and treated as the criminal the moment the attacker cried “racism”. They prioritised the false narrative over the evidence right in front of them: a teenager bleeding out. This is institutional failure at its most evil, where ideology apparently overrides basic humanity and police duty. British policing is broken when “racism” accusations from the perpetrator trump a victim fighting for his life. Every officer involved should be shamed, fired, investigated, and prosecuted. Henry was pronounced dead at the scene at 00:37. This wasn’t a simple mistake. This was a dying White British boy, begging for help, being dismissed and treated as the criminal the moment the attacker cried “racism”. They prioritised the false narrative over the evidence right in front of them: a teenager bleeding out. This is institutional failure at its most evil, where ideology apparently overrides basic humanity and police duty. British policing is broken when “racism” accusations from the perpetrator trump a victim fighting for his life. Every officer involved should be shamed, fired, investigated, and prosecuted. The IOPC must expose how this happened.

My upcoming release of "Cinematic AI" has made me think about how bodies of work are formed. I think some are manifested and some are revealed. I think "Cinematic AI" falls into the latter category. It was not something I had a clear vision for and then created, but it was something that was revealed to me over time. I thought I saw a glimmer of it early on, but only after some time had past, could I see the body of work emerge. With a bit more context and watching great artists and how they work and think, it finally came to me that this series of 15-20 pieces that I had created could be a worthy collection to mint. AI art has been going through so many transformations from the early GAN work to Collaborative AI to now AI being widely accessible through platforms like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and many others. But one area that I have seen explode in recent months is cinematic AI. I distinguish this from animated AI, which has been around for a while, but cinematic AI is where the movements created by AI are getting closer to what you'd see in a movie or captured on a video camera. It still has a long way to go but it is getting more real than surreal as the technology develops. And this is where I seem to have found my groove, my home, my little corner in the artistic landscape. After Runway launched their image-to-video tool, it just blew my mind and I went down a deep rabbit hole and have created a new cinematic AI piece almost every other day for the past few months. I initially saw many of these pieces as just experiments, but with some time to reflect, I am seeing them as having the potential of being relevant pieces of artwork to mark this time in the development of AI. In some cases, I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to create a similar piece again, since the tools I use are not in my control, but in the control of the AI platforms, who are constantly improving and evolving the tools. Given all of this, there is no better way to mark my place in time than on the blockchain. I truly believe that this body of work has the potential to be an important artifact of this era in AI and AI art. It is always hard to judge ones own work, but what I can do is permanently etch in time on an immutable public database saying that I created this. Only time will tell if the work has any value or is of any significance, but who created it and what was created cannot be disputed. I hope this gives you and especially collectors some perspective on the work I'll be releasing next week. I'm still very early in my artistic journey, but hopefully some of you will see promise in what I'm doing and maybe even put in a early bet on my art practice by bidding on a piece next week. MT2.. my, originally i wanted to put it out this year, but i kind of want to take my time just prepping it a little bit more. so it probably won't happen this year. but i'm working on it. ●Mark: i'll probably put out a few singles this year just to put music out, put some songs out this year. and then we'll see next year maybe MT2. I asked Pierre about David from Moose on the Loose. That was not an accident. I was introduced to Moose on the Loose about a year ago by a conservative friend. Around that same time, I had been watching CTV & Global bring on lobbyists as panelists to break down issues, and I found myself wondering how that was considered neutral analysis. Many of those voices are paid to advance political positions, not simply to observe them. Then I came across a completely independent YouTube channel that appeared to be doing more research than many of the political pundits appearing on national television. I was surprised that someone reaching such a large audience, and doing that level of work, received so little formal recognition. You do not have to agree with David. In the interview, I said I “don’t agree with him on a lot,” and some people took that as negative. It was not intended that way. I probably would have phrased it better by saying: he covers a vast array of topics, and we disagree on a fair bit. But disagreement does not mean dismissal. I feature many voices on my show that I do not agree with on every issue. To me, that is the whole point of long-form conversation - to sit down with people, understand how they see the world, find areas of overlap and honestly discuss the areas where we disagree. Usually those are the conversations I find most interesting. When someone is building a large audience and putting forward detailed arguments and research, I do not think serious media can simply ignore them. If people believe David is wrong, then they should contend with the arguments he's putting forward and provide the receipts. Like Pierre, I have not seen the same level of detailed coverage on Mark Carney’s conflicts of interest as I have seen through David’s work and the Moose Chart. I respect the time and effort he has put into that. I have invited David on the show before and I would still welcome the opportunity to have that conversation. I know he does not do many interviews, but I would value the chance to explore where we agree, where we disagree, and why his work has resonated with so many Canadians.
