Claude for previs, Kling following a video ref, that's a clean split. On my MV I had no video ref, so I chained shots by pulling each clip's last frame with ffmpeg as the next start image, generated silent, song laid in at the edit. Did the ref carry the beat timing too?

klingのビデオリファレンスは結構よさそうです。 プレビズである程度音ハメした状態まで作りました。

So the beat lives in the previz, not the prompt. That's the piece I was missing: my clips came out silent, so the only beat lock I had was where I cut, like landing Nami's close-up on the chorus downbeat. Motion inside a shot never heard the song.
