@cipeaX the tech tree needs removed. It has ruined this games progression A wipe used to last 4 weeks, now most servers are dead after a few days

For dynamically linked GCC/glibc programs on Linux, main() is not the process entry point. The kernel starts the loader. It maps libc and applies relocations. _start passes main to glibc, which initializes the process and calls it. I traced the path from source.c to main().

End of an era. Probably not a big surprise since it was planned to happen before DF. Main reason is all the months of prep and 6-10 splitraids every week to have fun raiding for 1-2 weeks. Might make a return at some point if prep/splits become more manageble.
