Around 6 PM on Feb 24, I received a phone call that one of the rocks in my life was being placed into the final stages of comfort care after fighting with various forms of the flu/pneumonia since February 6. For someone who did nothing but take care of others and show his love and appreciate to so many of those who didn’t deserve it, this man was given such a shitty life… But he never let it get him down or falter his love for his family or his religion. I am not a religious person myself, but my grandfather, Doug, lived his life by the words and asks of the Lord. For his sake and those of my grandmother, Aunt (who lives with them), and my father - Please send all of your prayers to them during this time. Goes without saying I will probably take a break from socials for a few days while my family & I navigate the next steps while he’s still with us. Those who need to contact me, you’re still welcome to DM or text me if you have my number. I love you. Here we go again 😅 “Sir, your protein powder alarmed the systems.” I’ve heard it before. no biggie. Go ahead and give me a little pat down, swab some things, and send me on my way. After the routine though, i heard a new one: “Sir your PANTS are now alarming the systems - We need to do a more thorough pat down.” 😂 First of all, please don’t be scared to travel with your powders (protein, creatine, electrolytes, etc). I’ve been doing it for 20 years and this has happened maybe 4 times total. 2 RULES FOR GOING THROUGH SECURITY WITH POWDERS: Here’s the easiest way to cruise through security (and they’ll appreciate it too). 1 - Simply take them out and put them in a separate container when going through the x-ray machines. 2 - TSA will swab them and give them right back to you. Finally…please be nice to the TSA agents. This crew was amazing and had a great sense of humor about it. They have strict rules to follow and they’re just doing their job - to keep us all safe! I convinced my entire family, relatives, friends, and everyone I know to vote for Modi and the BJP in 2024. I truly believed they were the ultimate nationalists ~ putting the nation above everything else, that no one was more patriotic than them. What a fool I was. I feel ashamed and disgusted with myself for falling for it. They proved me dead wrong.. The harsh reality? This government only cares about SC, ST, and OBC vote banks. General category people ~the so-called “forward castes” ~are nothing but disposable tools to them. They don’t give a damn about merit, fairness, or the future of our children. All they crave is raw power, seats, and staying in control at any cost. They will happily sacrifice the dreams and opportunities of millions of hardworking, tax-paying general category families to keep their coalition of castes happy. Enough is enough. I swear on everything I hold : In 2029, I will make damn sure no one in my family, no relative, no friend, no acquaintance wastes even a single vote on Modi or the BJP again. Then whom to vote? What’s the solution? Instead, we must back independent candidates who fight tooth and nail for merit first, nation first. Candidates who refuse to play the endless Dalit-Dalit card, who don’t obsess over caste quotas day and night while ignoring the silent massacre of general category opportunities in education, jobs, and promotions. For those of you that don’t know, I love chicken wings. They’re one of my favorite foods, and I usually have them about once a week. For a long time, though, I never liked the way I felt after eating wings out at restaurants. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it until I realized that almost everywhere you get wings from, they’re cooked in some form of seed oil, usually soybean oil. That stuff is terrible for inflammation and can cause a lot of issues over time. On top of that, most ranches, blue cheeses, and dipping sauces are also loaded with seed oils. So I made the switch to doing this at home as much as possible, and honestly, I prefer it. I feel way better after eating them. No sluggish feeling. No feeling like I just ate something bad for my body. I use organic chicken wings from Sprouts, usually just over three pounds, around 3.2 pounds. I keep them thawed out, preheat my air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then cook the wings for about 50 to 55 minutes, depending on the batch. I toss them halfway through and make sure they cook as evenly as possible. Once they’re done, I coat them with Primal Kitchen avocado oil buffalo sauce, add pink Himalayan sea salt and garlic powder, and toss everything together. I’ll dip them in Primal Kitchen avocado oil ranch and pair it with a big salad. Today I had chia seeds and guacamole with it while breaking a 26 hour fast, before going right back into another 24 hour fast. I also use a ceramic free air fryer because of the issues with coatings, and it’s been a great switch for me. If you eat wings out a lot, just be aware. Almost all fast food places and most sit down restaurants are cooking with seed oils. When you start eating more home cooked meals, you really do notice the difference over time. It's feeding time!

Forgiveness in the Age of Rage. — John MacArthur // August 27, 2017 Here is something you have to consider, the injuries against you and offenses against you are the trials that perfect you. The injuries against you and offenses against you are the trials that perfect you. Criticisms, injustices, offenses, false accusations, persecutions, mistreatments, abuse, unkindness – all of those are within the providence and purpose of God. James goes so far as to say this: “Count it all” – what? – “joy when you fall into various trials, because they are perfecting your faith.” Peter said, 1 Peter 5:10, “After you’ve suffered a while, the Lord will make you perfect.” Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:10, said, “You know, I prayed that the Lord would remove the thorn in the flesh, and I prayed three times, and He never would do it.” Then he said this, verse 10, 2 Corinthians 12: “I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.” Those who injure you, those who falsely accuse you, those who lie about you, those who offend you, those who criticize you, who bring injustice against you, God uses to perfect you. Turn to 1 Peter 2; 1 Peter 2, and verse 19. Peter is talking about grace, sometimes translated “favor,” and about a person bearing up under sorrows when suffering unjustly. This assumes that an offense has come against you, you’re suffering unjustly. That’s a very popular thing: “They’re hurting me. They’re abusing me. They’re doing things against me, saying things against me. It’s all unfair; it’s all unjust.” Here’s the right response: “What credit is there” – verse 20 – “if, when you sin and are harshly treated, you endure it with patience?” – no credit there – “But if when you do what is right and you suffer, you patiently endure it, this finds grace with God.” And that’s essentially what we just said. Your suffering, the accusations, the abuses are the trials that bring the grace that makes you strong in your weakness. But here’s the model, verse 21: “For you have been called for this purpose.” What is the purpose? Your perfection. Hate me or love me, but your office and my office are different. This is just the truth so I’m going to say it. You work from a cubicle. I’m working from a boat, sitting in a hot tub, watching a seaplane fly over me. You’re working to build someone else’s dream. I’m working to build my own. You have to worry about the next meeting, the next email, the next task someone gives you. I have businesses willing to sponsor me on 𝕏 for a single post and pay me amounts that many people have to work months for. And this didn’t happen overnight. I spent years building my own brand, my own audience, and my own businesses. But that’s the difference between spending your life building someone else’s dream and spending it building your own. You have to wait for your shift to end to go home and spend time with your kids. My kids are right next to me. We’re working together, learning together, using Grok, asking questions, and experiencing life together. You count down the hours until you can leave work. You count down the days until the weekend. You count down the years until retirement. I don’t want to spend the best years of my life waiting until 65 to finally start living. I’d rather be dead, for real. I’m living right now. And that’s what people don’t understand about freedom. It’s not about owning the biggest house, the nicest watch, or the most expensive car. None of that shit really matters when you actually get it. It’s about owning your time. It’s about being able to work from anywhere. It’s about being present with your kids while they’re still kids. It’s about looking up when a seaplane flies over you instead of being too busy staring at the clock waiting for your shift to end. Technology like Starlink made this kind of life possible for me. I can be in the middle of the water and still work, build, learn, create, make $ money, and stay connected to the entire world. My office has no walls. My income isn’t decided by a boss. My schedule doesn’t need anyone’s approval. My kids don’t have to wait until I get home to spend time with me. And I don’t have to wait until I’m 65 to start living. We are not the same.
