Quebec essentially operates within its own sphere of reality. It's not entirely it's fault, however. The federal government enabled this behaviour. Ironically, checkout the gridlock traffic in downtown Montreal and Quebec City... ...whole lotta people love driving those gas powered cars, but they also want preserve some kind of moral superiority.

I am okay with no pipelines going through Quebec. We really should just cut them off from Canada as they have not acted like they were part of Canada since forever. If they go then #WEXIT becomes more of a reality.

At some point you have to suspect corruption. There are forces that would wish to block that pipeline and keep Canada at the mercy of others.
