Make it make sense. How does an independent action from one Safaricom STK subscriber permit a third party to transfer money to another line without the consent of the one initiating? Sounds like a fake or a critical bug (very unlikely).

This can't be true my friend. When withdrawal is activated it prompts on your phone. It automatically brings the command you've given it. Withdrawal brings withdrawal command,Checking balance brings checking balance command. Can't believe I wasted my time listening to this
