As cool as these are, feels weird that other classes just have to sacrifice a gadget slot to heal while medium has to sacrifice their specialisation, I just hope the healing difference is significant enough to be worth it

Bar hop How It’s Done Start on one side of the stick with two targets at 7-10 yards and 1 yard apart. On the beep, engage the target directly in front of you with two shots, then engage the second target with two shots. Step over the stick and reengage the first target with two shots, and then the second target with two shots again. This drill is 8 shots total, with four on each target. Why It’s Done This drill is a great way to introduce movement into your training. If you're used to static shooting, this drill would be a great one to start with. It may be just one step, but getting your feet to do what they’re supposed to while shooting is harder than it looks. This drill also includes a couple of transitions, which will easily get you some Charlies and Deltas if you’re not careful. Things to Remember The goal is to make it sound like you're shooting one target. What I mean by that is you should try to shorten the time between targets and make the flow as smooth as possible. When you start and when you finish, be sure to check your stance. You don’t want to end up off balance. Bending your knees will help soften your movement. Many have never seen chuck eyes for sale and the reason is that your meat cutters/butchers don't feel like carving them out of the chuck roasts. But I can show you how to spot them! Then you can carve them out yourself. The rest can be cooked in a crockpot and/or you can even cut up the Denver for steaks. The Denver is one of the most unknown and well marbled cuts of meat on the cow. The honeycomb marbling makes its juiciness unmatched. Cook it like you would any other steak.

If you want to be a successful trader, you really need to want it. If you think you’re gonna do this on the side, you know make some money and then go do some photography or art the rest of your life, you’re not gonna make it. It needs to be your calling; otherwise, you can just put your money in the index funds and be better off. You need to be a little bit obsessive like you can’t focus on too many other things. Contractors in the field would laugh you off the face of the Earth if you pulled out this drill on the job site. Nobody wants to scroll through a settings menu before they drill a single hole. I’m all for new tech and gadgets but Engineers often lose the essence of what they’re packing the tech into. Example: This drill by Robbox Tools has some slick software and a touch screen that allows you to drill level/plumb and certain angles. It also has a depth stop which is nifty. That’s just it though, these features are nifty at best. Skilled tradesmen have simple and effective ways to hit their mark and most times you don’t need 100% plumb pilot holes in the field. My guess is this will not do well at market and be discontinued shortly after.

KIDS: This is my biggest pet peeve in hockey. Skating the puck to your teammate and then giving it to to them. You want to make the ice easier for your teammates, not harder. By skating the puck directly to them, you are bringing the defenders there too. It takes away any time and space. Either move it quick to them, or draw people towards you (away from them) and then give it. On this goal, CGY turns it over because of exactly this. The D skates it all the way to the F, bringing the tracker right to him. Once the F gets the puck, he gets pressured immediately from the tracker and the puck goes the other way. I see this SO MUCH in youth hockey. Make the ice easier for your teammates.

This afternoon, we set up a roadblock on the Mountain Highway off-ramp, stopping vehicles that had snow on top of their vehicles. In just an hour, we pulled over about 45 drivers, gave them a friendly warning, and even lent them a brush to clear off their frosty rooftops. Friendly reminder: Leaving snow on your vehicle—including the windshield, windows, and roof—isn’t just a bad look, it’s a hazard for everyone on the road. Oh, and it could also land you a $173 fine. So, let’s keep it clean out there!

Put the sunglasses down my friend You don’t need them - and they are actually contributing to your sunburn and skin issues. When you wear sunnies, your body perceives itself as inside, doesn’t produce melanin as much and therefore increases the potential of damage to yourself Add in most people going under artificial blue light without sunglasses, blue light at night without protection - and you have a seriously messed up ‘light diet’ that’s promoting chronic diseases in our modern world In fact using sunglasses them so often has made your eyes more sensitive to light - leading to you ‘needing’ to use them I see people reaching for the sunglasses when it’s cold out and grey skies, then they were behind closed car windows as well - Madness! Not to mention macular degeneration over years of your eyes never receiving direct healing sunlight - lower blood flow and worse mitochondrial function of the eyes. Fasting is Not Healthy But you’ve heard it cures everything right? Well there are many reasons why fasting might not be the best move for you trying to restore your health Telling the old grandma who cannot make it up the stairs to “just fast for the autophagy and repair” is asinine Well how do you repair? With nutrients, from eating. The issue here is that most people are eating trash and if they are eating animal foods they’re cooking or pasteurizing it - negating a lot of the nutrients inside. If your body can’t get what it needs to fulfil the constant repair and healing process, it’ll begin to break itself down. A constant flow diet of raw animal foods is the best thing you can do for healing, especially when done from a place of depletion. As always, there are exceptions like spiritual reasons or to challenge oneself - but in general in our society of poor health I think the focus should be on eating more better foods, not eating nothing.
