Lummis Slams Warren Over CLARITY Act Attacks Senator Cynthia Lummis (Senator Cynthia Lummis) pushed back hard against Elizabeth Warren's criticism of the CLARITY Act. Earlier, Elizabeth Warren cited a WSJ report claiming CoinEX became a hub for Iran to move $3.84 billion in illicit cash. She said the Clarity Act, as written, would worsen the problem instead of fixing it. Lummis said the bill contains over 16 illicit finance safeguards, not loopholes. She cited sections applying BSA and AML rules to crypto and enabling new Iran sanctions. Lummis told Warren to stop what she called baseless attacks on the legislation.

🇺🇸🚨 LUMMIS JUST DROPPED A BOMB 🚨🇺🇸 Senator Cynthia Lummis says the CLARITY Act will allow U.S. banks to freely buy and hold $XRP, and other digital assets. She believes this will lay the foundation for the financial system of the 21st century. Wall Street isn’t ready. 👀

Lummis goes after "Big Bank Beth" as the CLARITY Act fight turns personal Senator Cynthia Lummis (Senator Cynthia Lummis) has escalated the crypto bill standoff, branding Elizabeth Warren (Elizabeth Warren) "Big Bank Beth" and accusing her of preferring no rules for digital assets over handing Trump a win. In a point-by-point rebuttal of Warren's fact sheet, Lummis argues federal law bars trustees from disclosing blind trust holdings back to the official, that $TRUMP launched while Trump was a private citizen and can't be retroactively banned, and that ethics law has never counted adult children's finances, only spouses and minors. She closed with "Don't fall for Liz's lies," attaching the ethics statute itself.

Trump Backs New CLARITY Act Ethics Rules US President Donald Trump has agreed to new bipartisan ethics provisions in the Senate’s CLARITY Act. The updated language would bar public officials from issuing or sponsoring digital assets. Attorneys General of the states and the Department of Justice could bring the provision to force under the new text. The ethical guidelines were a major Democratic priority before Tuesday’s procedural vote in the Senate. According to a Senate Republican aide, Trump accepted about 80 percent of the requested provisions. Senator Cynthia Lummis stated that the bill was finally ready after months of bipartisan talks. 🚨 UPDATE: Sen. Lummis Says CLARITY Act ALREADY Requires Trump to Divest Crypto Holdings or Use a Blind Trust 🤯🇺🇸 Sen. Senator Cynthia Lummis is pushing back against claims that the CLARITY Act would let President Trump keep his crypto interests while in office. 👀 According to Lummis: 👉 The bill REQUIRES President Donald J. Trump to either DIVEST his digital asset holdings or place them in a qualified BLIND TRUST. 👉 The ethics provisions also APPLY to the President, Vice President, members of Congress, and the Federal Judiciary. 👉 The legislation INCLUDES some of the STRONGEST ethics standards ever proposed for federal officials involved with digital assets. 👉 Senator Cynthia Lummis argues some Democrats are BLOCKING the Clarity Act for POLITICAL reasons, DESPITE the bill containing major consumer protections. More updates to come. 🔥

Wow have the Bitcoin conversations changed… In Alaska on an annual Heli Board trip with some high level friends, founders, fund managers and the conversations used to be about “What and Why Bitcoin” now… How do we incorporate Bitcoin into our businesses? 2 new ideas inspired, and biz plans drawn up for MVP and launch asap 1. Friend runs an auto lending business, phase 1, incorporate Bitcoin into the loans to increase the return profile, phase 2, roll it out as a product to other lenders in the space. MVP will be out in weeks. 2. Friend runs Billion $ RE/Credit fund with $50m treasury. So allocation of % of treasury funds to BTC asap and then credit fund allocating % of funds to BTC to increase return profile. Fund was already redoing the docs and mandates so this is being added in ASAP Not more Bitcoin products but rather Bitcoin in every product What ideas do you have going?

🚨LUMMIS: DEMS ADMIT IT, CLARITY ACT THREATENS THEIR ANTI-TRUMP ATTACKS! Senator Cynthia Lummis calls out Democrats for finally saying the quiet part out loud on the Clarity Act. Per a new Bloomberg Government report, some Senate Dems fear bipartisan talks on the crypto market structure bill will undercut their midterm messaging hammering Trump over alleged crypto self-dealing, his ventures reportedly netted $1.4B last year. Lummis said it’s not about protecting consumers from scams or keeping businesses and jobs in America, it’s about hurting Trump by any means necessary, no matter who becomes collateral damage.

🔥STRATEGY WILL BE THE WORLD'S MOST VALUABLE COMPANY🔥 Strategy bought OVER 56,000 Bitcoin in April. That number is so absurd people are psychologically incapable of processing it. Post-halving miners produce roughly 13,500 BTC per month. Strategy just bought about 4.1x an entire month of new miner supply in one month. Now run the simple monster math: Today: Strategy BTC stack: 818,334 BTC Bitcoin price: $76,196 Bitcoin NAV: $62.35B Assume Strategy keeps buying 56,000 BTC per month for 5 years. That is: ASSUMING STRC GROWTH TOTALLY STOPS (LOL) ~672,000 BTC per year ~3,360,000 BTC over 5 years Their stack goes from: 818,334 BTC to 4,178,334 BTC Now assume Bitcoin compounds at 25% CAGR. Bitcoin goes from: $76,196 to roughly: $232,532 So the Bitcoin NAV becomes: 4,178,334 BTC × $232,532 = roughly $971.5 BILLION Almost $1 TRILLION in Bitcoin NAV. And the funniest part? This model assumes no mNAV expansion. No premium insanity. No additional acceleration. No credit flywheel getting stronger. No market panic as everyone realizes Strategy is vacuuming Bitcoin off the planet like a publicly traded monetary black hole. Just: 56,000 BTC per month. 25% Bitcoin CAGR. 5 years. That’s it. Don't think they can accumulate that much Bitcoin at that low of a CAGR? Think the Bitcoin CAGR has to go higher? Cool. That only helps Strategy buy more Bitcoin. The bear case is basically: “Sure, they are absorbing multiples of new supply, building the largest corporate Bitcoin balance sheet in history, converting fiat capital markets into Bitcoin ownership, and compounding NAV at escape velocity, but have you considered that I am emotionally upset?” MSTR is becoming the most aggressive Bitcoin accumulation machine ever built. The fiat world is still modeling it like a tech stock with a weird treasury policy. GOOD LUCK.
