NRG Strong on the lessons they can take away from their loss to Paper Rex: "I would say the major lesson we probably had was the importance of setting up the players for success. I don't think we did as well as we could today. Maybe there's one or two things we could have done better. I think the major lesson, to be fair, is that our fundamentals are strong. We didn't play badly at all today. But because of how we are as a team, it can always come down to very tight margins. We're a team that doesn't generally blow teams out. We're a team that is so, so good at grinding out rounds and doing that sort of stuff. So I think the big lesson is: we're good, our fundamentals are good, we just have to be tight, and we just can't let anything for error slip in. There are lessons to be taken from this. This wasn't a bad loss. You get bad losses sometimes. It didn't feel like, 'Oh, we don't know what went wrong.' No, we know what went wrong. Remember when Hongjoong said this : 🐿️ And since mental health is just as important as physical health, when there are a lot of stressful things around you, it’s good to sometimes think “just break it all” even if it’s just in your head.. to vent and get some fresh air in your mind. If you’re in a situation where you can actually break things, then go for it. If not, at least imagine it while doing something that makes you feel good. This isn't the Universal Century timeline, so you can feel at ease, but I don't know how they do it in the Build series. Sometimes, things get way too serious, even though it's just plastic models fighting each other. They make it seem like things are actually at stake, even though everything and everyone is safe. How do they bring such seriousness??? I don't know, but I feel it sometimes. Like here, I feel so bad.

That the wrong people are in power, and the wrong people are out of power. I start from the supposition that all we have to do is think about the state of the world today, and realize that things are all upside down. If you don't think, if you listen to TV, read scholarly things, you actually begin to think that things are not so bad. Or that just little things are wrong. But you have to get a little detached, and then come back and look at the world, and you are horrified. So we have to start from that supposition—that things are really topsy-turvy. And our topic is topsy-turvy: civil disobedience. As soon as you say the topic is civil disobedience, you are saying our problem is civil disobedience. That is not our problem…. Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is the numbers of people all over the world who have obeyed the dictates of the leaders of their government and have gone to war, and millions have been killed because of this obedience.
