NEW - The BBC has tracked down and confronted the neo-Nazi who shared an arson manual with UK rioters. He’s 20 and lives in Finland. “ was an administrator of the “Southport Wake Up” channel that provoked violence this summer.

His real name is Charles-Emmanuel Mikko Rasanen known as Mr AG online helped to run the Telegram group chat. The group organised the very first UK protest on St Luke's Road in Southport, the day after the killings. We traced MrAG to the outskirts of Helsinki.

Mr AG’s arson manual was pinned to the top of the Southport Wake Up group, in full view of 14,000 members.

Mr AG’s real identity was first uncovered by anti fascists researchers @redflareinfo they also uncovered links with UK far right white nationalist group Patriotic Alternative.

The government’s independent reviewer of terrorism legislation, believes Mr Rasanen should be prosecuted under the 2006 Terrorism Act for his role in the Southport Wake Up Telegram group.

On his Telegram accounts, Mr Rasanen celebrates Hitler and promotes a neo-Nazi group called the Nordic Resistance Movement, which is banned as a terrorist organisation in the US.
