Baseball Players: Here’s why you should NEVER stop training once your season starts: High School Baseball Players: Across a 20-week season (high school and summer baseball), athletes training 3 days a week rack up 80 extra days of work—leaving their non-training peers in the dust. College Baseball Players: A standard college baseball season spans roughly 32 weeks. Many teams and players settle for a twice-weekly in-season training routine. Even then, that’s a minimum of 64 sessions—opportunities are either seized or squandered. Moral of the story... If you’ve stopped training, you’re making a HUGE mistake! You’re not only missing out on valuable opportunities (80–320 of them) to grow as a player, but you’re also limiting your on-field performance. In-Season Training Program: If you’re someone who’s looking for a complete 12-week training program that you can use this season to optimize your on-field performance and develop your game, click the link in my bio to grab my entire In-Season Training Program.

Halfbike just launched a $1,299 stand-up foldable bike. Halfbike Pro is a compact fitness bike built for people who want cycling, running, and balance training in one low-impact ride. • 20-inch front wheel for more speed and stability • New frame geometry for sharper handling • V-shaped handle for better rider control • 4-speed internal gear hub with built-in drum brake • Folds down for car trunks, transit, and tight storage • Weighs just 21 lbs halfbike seems to be less of a commuter bike and more of an outdoor cardio machine.

New bike path in Romania. 🤣 It sucks for road cycling but we're gonna have a BMX Olympic champion in 2028. #Romania

Just like anything else in your training, your end range work needs to come with a large degree of difficulty and a large bandwidth for failure. Mobility is largely neurological. If the problem isn’t challenging, there’s no reward for completing it. Fail more in your training.

🇺🇸 Isn’t that mechanism dangerous, like if she falls from a bike and still “holds” the handle? Not sure what else to use it for, except biking though?

📞 Last chance, Red Bull Bike: contact him! When you host a Partner Event at Vittoria Park, you have to hit the slopes. Not sure if the Rose Hobo bike was built for this… and honestly, not sure if Bas Tietema was either. 😅 (This stunt was performed by a former pro cyclist. No Bas Tietema was harmed.)
