I’ve never seen at a dex. Just because you roll out HyperEVM/Core - doesn’t change that it’s still a cex imo. Now, say we open the validators and solvers to the mass. We are now in a closer state to dex. No shade, just that core fundamental is what makes the difference between centralized vs decentralized.
