An average car seat for a child on the market costs 350k. How many Ugandans can afford them? How practical are these regulations?

Bet someone brought child restraint seats and now they want their business off the shelfs real quick. Trust the process these rules wont last more than six months.

what of us who uses 🚕 any plan for us

Not quite sure if this statement was thought through but I am willing to be swayed by the Uganda Police if they can contextualize that statement from a public transport point of view.
