CORRECTION @ZoomerBased has let me know of an error I made in the modern judges calculation. The source didn't include Hispanics, meaning I didn't make a clear W vs B comparison. This source does: Giving a dispoportionality of 3.44 And unfairness = 1.13626

Or, if I use this source: I get a disproportionality of 5.66 and an unfairness of modern judges of 0.69 Indicating that modern judges actually hate blacks more than lynch mobs. Regardless, sources disagree wildly. Maybe just ignore the end of the video.

Also worth noting less black people were lynched in all of american history than are murdered by other blacks in just a single year of black on black violence.
