Marty, you driven thru Robinson Town Center recently?

Marty. this is nothing compared to Robinson. All of the roads around the Robinson mall, IKEA, and all the stores in the surrounding area. The roads are absolute crap. Potholes everywhere and ridiculous.

The mall’s owner’s business model is to buy the mall, don’t develop it or don’t improve it all and just rake in the cash from the rents of the anchor stores, so this will probably never get fixed. This is the fate of the Monroeville mall too!
