Is there gonna be race /gender set bonuses? Like in xv2, female humans had the strongest ki blast supers ect

this implies that skills wont drop from quests or mentors which i hate, i dont want cac skills tied to this menu cs it seems like all the moves are lwk lame or boring asl & if they dont come from specific quests or mentors i doubt there gonna add any of the cool or broken skills
