Businesses are members of business unions, called industry groups, lobby groups, and use collective bargaining to influence tax laws, regulations they must abide by, wage levels, and workers' rights. But they hate workers doing the same thing.

A new business model needs to be developed where the employees reap the reward of the growth of that business not some shareholders who have nothing to do with the company. This will give people a greater sense of responsibility and ownership, a great sense of purpose.
