But they also want that to apply to anyone who does any business in New York. And it turns out that no matter how self-important New York City thinks it is, there's more stuff going on outside of New York than there is in New York, even New York state. And so we think there are a lot of reasons why New York or California or any one of a number of states should not be able to mandate what the rest of the states do in their own state.”
