You need to be certified in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation). You have done everything wrong. Are you in a third world country? Clear the airway, stimulate & if not breathing, bag the baby. O2 only works with air exchange. Why drop the baby harshly. 🤷🏼‍♀️.This was my job for 40yrs.

That baby wants to sleep, not realizing that he’s not in mommy’s tummy anymore and has to breathe on his own

None of the steps of the current neonatal resuscitation algorithm were followed; from the moment this baby arrived at the warmer—which, by the way, is far from the delivery area—ventilation with an FiO2 of 21% was indicated. Furthermore, I don't see a pulse oximeter to monitor

Why didn’t the doctor hold the baby with belly down, looking down, and tap lightly on his back to help clear the air ways? The baby is struggling to clear the airways, doctor is putting air in the baby’s nose. Not turning baby sideways… older ways way more efficient.

La verdad es que veo al médico con 0 emoción y no es un trabajo para hacer con esa actitud. Lo que más necesitan los bebés es calor humano, tanto rato en en ese ambient frío y sin la madre no lo veo bien
