7 AI SERVICES BOOMER BUSINESSES ARE BEGGING TO BUY IN 2026 1) AI Tools Assessment: $999. One 45-minute interview, then a report with 3 to 7 off-the-shelf tools they can implement immediately. 50 to 60% convert into implementation. (grab the exact template I use to deliver the assessment at 2) AI Concierge: $1,000 to $2,000 a month for two 45-minute calls turning their manual processes into Claude skills. At $1,500 a month you're making $1,000 an hour. 3) Process Redesign: $3,500 to fix a broken workflow before you touch AI. One client went from 25 steps to 10. Never automate a broken process. 4) Automation Builds: $1,000 to $3,000 in Zapier or Make. One $1,500 build took a project manager out of client onboarding entirely. 5) Knowledge Systems: $3,000 baseline. A business broker went from 500 buyer emails per listing to 10 with one custom GPT. 6) Custom Workflows: $3,000 to $5,000. One client's 45-minute podcast workflow now runs off one orchestrator skill in 5 minutes. 7) Full Implementation: $5,000 to $10,000+ mixing everything above. Skills + automation builds + knowledge systems. Mix and match based on client needs. Two things that make this work: 1) The assessment is always the baseline. Start there and let it tell you what to sell next. 2) Anchor on hours saved, not hours worked. Nobody pays $1,000 an hour for your time. They pay it to get theirs back. Full breakdown below. I sell AI consulting on a three-step offer ladder. -Free assessment -$1,000 paid assessment -$2,000 a month AI Concierge The top of the ladder pays me $1,250 an hour. I have 5 concierge clients and I'm capping at 6. Here's the entire model: 1) The free mini assessment is 15 minutes. Find one bottleneck, prescribe one off-the-shelf AI tool. It's a taste of the paid version. 2) Every prescription ties to one of three ROI levers. Effectiveness makes them money. Efficiency saves them time. Quality improves their product. 3) The best discovery question: "If you could wave a magic wand, what one thing in your business would you fix?" That answer picks the tool. 4) The routing rule. Common problem: off-the-shelf tool from or Judgment problem: Claude Cowork. Proprietary workflow: a Claude skill. Naming the fix is the assessment. Implementing it is the upsell. 5) 30 to 50% of free assessments convert to a paid engagement. You just ask: do you want to do this yourself, with me, or hand it off? 6) The $1,000 assessment is 99.9% margin. AI builds the whole report from the interview transcript. Only cost is the $20 a month Claude subscription. Clients save 5 to 8 hours a week from the tools alone. 7) I priced my way up for the assessment: free, then $200, then $500, then $1,000. At $1,000 people take it seriously. Below that they don't implement. 8) A voice agent named Annie now runs my 45-minute assessment interviews. Do your first 3 to 10 yourself before you automate this part. 9) AI Concierge is two 45-minute calls a month. Run AOA on every bottleneck: Audit, Optimize, Automate. Turn it into a Claude skill, schedule it in Cowork, repeat. Voxer support between calls reads as 24/7 access but averages 2 messages a month. 10) The assessment uncovers a la carte builds too. A $3,500 process optimization. A $2,000 Zapier automation that saved a client 20 hours a month. A $3,000 custom GPT that cut a broker's inbound from 400 emails per listing to 10. Two things that make this work: 1) Give value away first, then gauge appetite. The free assessment costs you 30 minutes and converts a third to half of prospects into paying clients. 2) The assessment is the sales engine. Every bottleneck it uncovers is a future build you can sell. Charge $1,000 for the diagnosis and it funds the entire pipeline. Full breakdown below. Enjoy. Caller: “I’m 19, Is This $500,000 Purchase A Good Decision” Caller: I'm 19, getting married next year, and I have a $118,000 net worth with no debt. It includes investments, savings, and two paid-off vehicles. Dave Ramsey: Wow. How'd you do that at 19? Caller: I'm a welder making about $55,000 a year. I started welding at 16 through a school program and went full-time after high school. My grandfather is 72 and wants to retire. He's offering me his $1.1 million farm for $500,000, plus about $100,000 in equipment over time. He wants $50,000 down and a 15-year land contract at 1.2% interest. The farm brings in about $30,000 a year, so I'd only need to cover $500–$1,000 a month myself, and I hope to pay it off within 5–10 years. With my wedding next year, I want to know if it's a smart financial move. Co-Host: Do you actually want to farm, or do you want to keep welding? Caller: I want to own the farm but keep my welding job. It's a 100-acre farm with a house, and I just want to be sure it won't put me in a bad financial position. Dave Ramsey: Where do you live now? Caller: With my parents, but I'll get married next year. Dave Ramsey: Will your wife work? Caller: Yes. She'll make about $45,000, so together we'll earn around $100,000. Dave Ramsey: You'll live on the farm then. What does your family think about you buying it for less than half its value? Caller: They're not interested. Dave Ramsey: You're buying a $1.1–$1.2 million property for $500,000? I'd take that deal, but I'd make one change: don't use a land contract. With a land contract, the deed stays in your grandfather's name until it's fully paid off. If he's sued or a lien is placed on the property before then, you could lose the farm even if you've been making payments. Get the deed transferred properly from the start.

Busy day today! Today ~16,000 people flew in my free-to-play flight game made with AI 💸 Revenue update for after 10 days: +💬 19x Blimps sold at various prices = $38,000/mo + ✈️ 12x F16's sold @ $29.99 = ~$360 += $38,360/mo In-game ads are now $5,000/mo, if you want one, get them here: As I said b4, I will keep doubling the in-game ads price because I don't want the world to get too busy with ads and have to keep it exclusive!.Next $10K/mo then $20K/mo until we run out of people who want to buy them :D Today was busy mostly with installing all the sponsor ads in the game, I fixed: ✅ Playable now on low FPS ✅ Improved tank driving and turret aiming ✅ Improved rate of fire because it was slowing down when shooting ✅ Added proper refueling to 100% health if you land back at spawn point and make a full stop ✅ Installed lots of ads for all the sponsors (which was a lot of work because I didn't just wanna add blimps everywhere, I wanted some fun stuff for each sponsor) ✅ Added functioning radar on aircraft carrier (see vid) ✅ Added thank you to all sponsors on start (not load because it will never have load screens :D) screen Video games are definitely A LOT harder in many ways than regular apps, I have a new found respect for video game devs. The to-do list is about 10x to 100x as big as any SaaS app I've ever made! Also because it's so creative, the possibilities are just endless. For example Marc Köhlbrugge suggests "add a tank", I add a tank but then next I need to add a turret aiming system and next I get more ideas "let's add lots of vehicles" then "let's add walking mode". It's really fun but I get it better now how video games are infinity rabbit holes A lot of people ridicule my little game rn, and it's not great or perfect or anything yet I agree, but people play it and seem to have fun and I really do wanna make a cool flight game. I'm happy it makes some money already in its first month, which gives me more motivation to work on it! Next: [ ] 5-min or 10-min like rounds so scores reset [ ] interpolation for smooth planes (I know I know) [ ] I will try CannonJS real physics model library

ULTIMATE AI SERVICES FREE COURSE ($0-10,000 in 30 DAYS) I'm making over $1,000 an hour selling AI services to local business owners. I got to $8,000 MRR in 10 days with this model. The whole thing is a three-offer ladder: free mini assessment, $999 paid assessment, then a $1,000 to $2,000/month AI Concierge retainer. I just published the entire course for free. Here's the whole model: 1) The whole business came from one lunch. A successful friend told me he'd pay $1,000 for me to follow him around and point out where AI fits in his business. Every business owner has that same problem. 2) Every AI project must pull one of three levers: make them money, save them time, or improve their product. If it doesn't, ignore it. 3) AOA: Audit, Optimize, Automate. Most clients want to jump straight to automate. Never do it. Audit the current manual process, cut the fat, then automate the optimized process. 4) The free mini assessment is the tripwire. Text 10 business owners you know. 6 respond, 1 to 3 book a 15-minute call. Ask the magic wand question (the video explains what that is). 5) Route every pain point into one of three buckets. High frequency, high friction gets an off-the-shelf tool. Judgment-based tasks get Claude Cowork. Proprietary workflows get a Claude skill. 6) 30 to 50% of free assessments convert to the $999 paid version. A Claude skill I built does 90% of the research and scores everything on an impact vs effort matrix. 7) Price is the implementation lever. At $200 and $500, people paid but never implemented. At $1,000 they take it seriously. My first $1,000 assessment buyer bought 3 on the spot. 8) Sell the math, not the tools. One report showed $3,940/month in net time ROI against $60 in tool costs. A 3.6x return in month one. 9) The Concierge is 90 minutes of calls per month plus Voxer access. My blended rate is $1,100+ an hour. 10) Raise your price every time you get a yes. I went $1,200, $1,500, $1,500, $1,800, $2,000. Zero hesitation every time. Only cost is a $20 Claude subscription. 99.8% net margin. Two things that make this work: 1) Every rung sells the next. The free assessment pitches the paid one. The paid review call pitches the retainer. You never cold-sell the expensive thing. 2) Free work is pipeline, not charity. Do your first 1 to 3 assessments free for testimonials, then never charge under $1,000 again. There are 4 resources I give away for free during the video: 1) AI assessment template 2) AI Concierge playbook 3) 8 common objections (and how to destroy them) 4) Mini assessment playbook Grab all 4 resources (for free) in one place here: Full breakdown below. This is all the sauce. enjoy.

Good morning, There are times when you have to seat down and have a meeting with yourself! Be honest and ask yourself the tough questions? Yes my parents didn’t leave me a lot but they made me as literate as they could. Yes the economy is tough but have l really given it my all in trying to forge a path for myself or the next generation or l have chosen to accept what is being offered to me. Some decisions you have to question them yourself,l go around with an iPhone 17 promax but l saved for 4 months to buy the gadget,is this the best use of your 4 months savings ? You can afford to have a small stand but instead l believe in Yolo, you only live once so l rent a $1000 dollar apartment instead of $400 dollar, yet at 40 years the same person will be blaming the economy for not owning a home. I have a friend who is either at Evitro,Smokehouse and he posts receipts every Monday,$900 or $1200 and they will be 4 of them every weekend. So l do the quick maths, that’s $200 per weekend for beer plus probably another $100-$150 for the girls they will be with, It’s simple maths that is about a $1000 USD per month of You only Live once, then add the rentals and fuels e.t.c per month that’s around $1500 to $2000,yet he doesn’t mind because he believes he will even make it bigger and better. The honest question is what guarantee does he have that tomorrow he will have this capacity to make $2000 a month or more like he is doing now! I am one of those people who is so obsessed with traveling and running ,sat down with myself and noticed that last year l went to SA 5 times to just run and at a minimum if l go with family that is 2 k per trip,so roughly that is 10 k spent on just running, one day my kids will ask dad what did you do with your life and l will give them stupid medals if l don’t mange myself! All I am saying is we all have the beautiful things we love in this life and the real question is when are we going to stop and build for the next generation !

How to build a $100K/month iOS app (playbook below): Over the next 18 months, we'll see 200+ apps hit $100k/month solving problems that were impossible to solve until right now. AI can now solve hyper-specific problems for tiny audiences. Problems so specific only 50,000 people on earth have them. But those 50,000 will pay $40/month for a perfect solution. Meanwhile, the "For You Page" killed the need for followers. Any creator with zero audience can go viral tomorrow. One video about your niche app can deliver 1,000 paying customers overnight. This is the perfect storm. Micro-problems can finally be solved. Micro-apps can finally find their people. *Disclaimer* No, this won't work for everyone. Not everyone will make $100k MRR app. But there is a tremendous amount of opportunity, and my point is this is how i'd approach it: The playbook: 1) Daily habit (not occasional use) Not "track calories." Think "photograph your psoriasis patches every morning to track flare triggers." Not "meditate" but "record your stutter severity after each phone call." The winning apps solve micro-problems inside daily routines. The person checking if their dog's food has ingredients that trigger seizures. The runner who needs to know if today's pollen will trigger their exercise-induced asthma. Find the tiny, specific thing someone does at the exact same time every day. 2) AI-powered narrow wedge One problem. One perfect solution. "AI that tells if this supplement will interfere with your Adderall." "AI that identifies which FODMAP ingredients are in this restaurant dish." The narrower you go, the more people will pay. Start with one use case that takes 10 seconds to understand. 3) One channel, 3 formats TikTok or Instagram. Pick one. Test three content types daily. When something hits, make 50 versions. The apps making $100K/month mastered one platform before touching another. 4) 100 obsessed users 100 people who use it daily and would riot if you shut down. They'll bring the next 100. Those bring 400. But without the first 100 fanatics, you have nothing. Use organic audience to bring these people there. 5) Charge immediately Paywall goes up week one. $7-40/month. Free users give garbage feedback. Paying users tell you exactly what to build. If nobody pays for your broken MVP, they won't pay for your polished version either. 90-day timeline: Days 1-10: Find the habit, validate demand (reddit, tiktok, Idea Browser) Days 11-30: Ship the ugliest working version (use bolt/lovable/vibecode app/rork) While you're doing this you're building organic audience. Figuring out formats, focusing on 1 channel, working with creators. Days 31-60: Get 100 users, obsess over them Days 61-90: Double down on what's working TLDR; Pick a daily micro-problem this weekend. Ship something that solves it by next weekend. Charge for it the weekend after. (full episode is below or on the latest episode The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 on yt etc) Enjoy the sauce. People charge for this sorta sauce. It's free for you. The App Store is open for the first time in years. Go claim your piece. Im rooting for you.

A blackjack dealer in Macau got blacklisted from the VIP rooms last spring for counting cards. By August he couldn't get a floor job at any property in Cotai. So he deposit $500, ran a Hermes trading agent on Polymarket and pulled in $881,319 over the next 14 months. His wallet: The casinos taught him one thing - count, size your bet to your edge, walk away when the edge is gone. So he makes 5 trades a day. Not 50. Not 500. Five. And waits for the rest. Here's the actual stack. Claude Opus 4.7 reads the order book nightly, scores every threshold market by Markov persistence x Kelly edge, and surfaces the 2-3 mispriced ones. Hermes Agent by NousResearch executes. A $10/mo Hetzner VPS runs it 24/7. Telegram pings on every fill. Total cost: $10/month. Setup: 30 minutes. No coding. One trade in April: Will Bitcoin reach $90,000? Market said 1.2¢. He put $3,088 on Yes. It hit. +$123,196. A 3,988% return on a single position. The real edge is the nightly self-learning loop. Every midnight, Opus reads the day's trade journal and rewrites MIN_PROB and MIN_EDGE in the .env file. Last week the threshold was 0.87. This week 0.89. Next week maybe 0.91. His version of the bot has rewritten itself 412 times in 14 months. The Macau syndicate couldn't ban him from Polymarket. The bot doesn't sit at a table. It doesn't show a passport. It just hunts the tails. Save this post - if you want to build something of your own based on Hermes. Or just start copying algorithm that has improved itself 412 times:
