"When I received a little bit of NIL money, I knew I had to do something for my city as much as they have done for me." How amazing is this? Former Malvern Leopard and current Kansas Jayhawk Jalen Dupree decided to give back his NIL money to the football program at Malvern and the boys' and girls' club. It means a lot to me for this to be my first city and God willing, however it goes, you know be the only city. It's the first city I've ever played basketball in and it means a lot to me. I want to be able to give back in a big way over time and it doesn't have to be all at once; but, slowly just give back to the community and show that it means a lot to me to be a part of that."

When scholarship athletes show up on campus, they get first pick of their jersey number — and with it, the matching equipment locker. Walk-ons? You’re assigned a number and placed in the 100s. It’s a subtle reminder of where you stand. I was given #4 and locker 114. Every time I bent down to grab my gear, it reminded me: you’ve got work to do. Eventually, after earning a starting spot in the lineup, our equipment staff Milt and JP asked if I wanted to move into the official #4 locker. My answer? “No — I’ll keep 114.” That locker became more than a space. It was my symbol. A daily reminder of where I started, and the hunger it takes to keep climbing. #walkon #collegefootball #gocougs #mentalperformance #MindStrength #FalkMindStrengthCoaching

Karolina Muchova after losing to Linda Noskova in the Wimbledon final: "She was obviously on top for the first set and a half. But you must be proud of how you were able to turn it around and fight back and take it to a third." Karolina: "I think I started really slow today. On the other hand, Linda started really strong. Really good serving games, and she played really fast. I was kind of looking for myself. It took a lot of power and strength out of me to get back into that 2nd set. I gave it my all to get back... the people were cheering on me, I felt it, I felt the support. I felt the momentum in the 2nd set and I turned it around. It was definitely nice that it happened. It was tough. As I said, it took some strength out of me and unfortunately the start of the 3rd kind of slipped through my fingers."
