He’s completely ignorant. Police officers can search and make arrests with or without a warrant. Under Section 10 of the Criminal and Other Offences (Procedure) Act, 1960 (Act 30) they can actually do so on the basis of reasonable suspicion of criminal activity. Such a daft!

What he’s done is a crime and this video is evidence of it. Who deceived him the police always needs a search warrant for searches. If the law was so, people will hide whatever it is before the police secures a warrant and stopping a police from performing his duty is a crime.
