I will certainly remember that as long as you promise to remember that there are plenty of other opportunities for Drew Timme to play pro ball outside of the NBA and/or the United States - right now or in the future if he doesn't ultimately make a NBA roster.

He can def still play in the NBA but will THRIVE in Europe with his play style if he takes that route. Dude is a high level hooper.

People have to understand what they are looking at and the differences. Timme is definitely a pro player and just because he is waived doesn't mean he's not. Just don't fit that team. If NBA don't workout still has Pro options overseas.

He's already gotten paid to play ball and will get paid millions more before he's done. Maybe not much in the NBA...but he's a pro.

He is still a pro just not the right fit for that particular team. We also need to give context to why he got waived and it’s because that team is over loaded at his position. Every level is all about fit and timing. It’s alot that goes into playing in the NBA. Contracts etc….

That doesn't mean he's not a pro! Just wasn't the right fit. Bucks coach got waived several times in the league. But had a 10 year career in the league. Some figure it out in spite of early expectations.

Guy will make millions playing basketball, either overseas or for another NBA team - not really a good example here
