The train fight scene in Avatar: The Way of Water is absolutely breathtaking. It really struck me in the theater, the whole sequence is so spectacular. Pure Cameron. Jake and Neytiri on their Ikrans, nature rising above the machines… I can’t wait to experience those feelings again with Fire and Ash next month.

American Gangster is on Netflix & I’d be lying if I didn’t say I watched it this in parts while doing things around the house. I actually do kinda consider this an all-time great gangster film. Denzel & Crowe are just that good. I think people were too critical of this in ‘07.
