Hey Super, build a responsive NFC Playoff Seed Predictor and Interactive Bracket Simulator. The application should dynamically display live conference standings, pre-populated with realistic NFC team records and projected seeds. It must also feature an interactive D3.js playoff bracket tree that visualizes the Wild Card, Divisional, and Conference Championship matchups. Users will have the ability to adjust team win-loss projections, toggle division winners, and override head-to-head tiebreakers to observe immediate shifts in the playoff picture across all seven NFC seeds. The user interface needs to load instantly with a pre-configured analyst baseline, including a fixed header with the NFL Network source citation. Interactive team seed cards with drag or rank controls, division winner badges, and a dynamic D3.js bracket visualization should be present in the initial viewport. Additionally, a wildcard bubble risk meter and an export button for generating a downloadable JSON scenario summary and formatted text report should be included.
