Chuck Norris, a martial artist and actor, has passed away at the age of 86. His family released the following statement: “It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday morning. While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace. To the world, he was a martial artist, actor, and a symbol of strength. He took our place, shed His blood for us, died, rose from the grave, and is coming back for His Church! 🔥We were all sinners, facing death, staring down an eternity in the pits of hell. But then, right at this very moment when our names are called to die, He steps into our lives, into the very depths of our despair, and takes our place. Yesterday, I returned home to supporters, party members, and stakeholders from across the Badagry division. I was warmly received by my father, HRM Oba (Dr.) Sejiro Olalekan Ogungbe James; Okiki Arolagabde II, Aholu Henwa of Kweme Kingdom; and the good people of Kweme Community. Thereafter, I proceeded to the grand reception at Badagry City Hall, where I was graciously hosted by the leadership of the councils in Badagry Division, royal fathers, and our people from across the division. The gathering reflected the unity, pride, love, and unwavering commitment of our people to the journey ahead. I deeply appreciate the goodwill, prayers, encouragement, and support extended to me. I also used the occasion to once again express our profound gratitude to our father and president, His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his exemplary leadership, and our party leaders for their steadfast support. My sincere appreciation goes to our royal fathers, political leaders, stakeholders, women, youth, and the entire people of Badagry Division for making this homecoming truly memorable. Mibayi Gbau!

Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there. I am grateful for the gift of fatherhood and for every man who wakes up each day trying to do right by his children. None of us is perfect, but our children do not need perfection. They need our love, our time, our guidance, and our presence. Life can be difficult, and sometimes the responsibilities of fatherhood can feel overwhelming. Even so, walking away from our children should never be an option. Long after the money is spent and the gifts are forgotten, our children will remember whether we were there for them. Let us keep showing up. Let us keep supporting our children and respecting and caring for their mothers. Let us keep doing the little things that make a big difference in a child's life: listening, encouraging, teaching, protecting, and loving. Fatherhood is one of God's greatest callings. The fact that a child can look at us and call us "Dad" is both a blessing and a responsibility. May we never take it for granted. To all fathers doing their best, especially those making sacrifices that no one sees, thank you. May God give us the wisdom, strength, and patience to raise our children well.

This evening, I had the pleasure of visiting the Abuja residence of Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa, where he autographed and presented me with copies of books he personally authored, including "Driven by Revelation and Inspiration: My Aspiration Journey in the 2023 Presidential Election and Matters Arising", written to mark his 75th birthday anniversary. I will take time to read the books. I believe there is a lot to learn from them. Mazi Sam is more than a political associate and an established entrepreneur. He is my friend. In 2023, he was a fellow presidential aspirant under the PDP. When I won the party's ticket, he supported me and worked in the Presidential Campaign Council as my adviser on the Private Sector. We share the passion of seeing a better Nigeria where institutions and systems work for citizens to realise their individual dreams and aspirations. Mazi is one of our country's leading entrepreneurs who drive Nigeria's private sector growth. With his wealth of experience and success in the private sector, I always find him extremely resourceful and appreciate his thoughts on how to move our nation forward. I am elated that he finds our shared aspirations for a better Nigeria worthy of our friendship. Continuing my journey against the Chin Kuki Narco Terrorists and illegal immigrants, I visited Wangoo awang leikai organised by Wangoo Awang leikai meira paibee. I was completely overwhelmed by the warm welcome of our beloved Wangoo citizens. The blessings of our "Emas" have given me more strength in this fight. We need to come together. Three points we need at the most now is: 1. Coming Together 2. Thinking Together 3. Working together If we all do these, no one can come against us. We need to not only fight these infiltrators, but we need to change some part of our system too. These illigal immigrants are misusing the Village Authority Act,1956. The Kukis are creating more and more villages in reserve forests. The legitimate right of ST status of our Indigenous tribal brothers and sisters are also being enjoyed by these illegal immigrants. It is as if they are getting visa on arrival. We, the indigenous people of Manipur should stand against this. They are not only snatching the land of our tribal brothers and sisters, but also snatching their rights. Manipur has become a heaven to the kuki illegal immigrants, which will hinder both the economy and rights of the rightful indigenous owners of Manipur. Please, let us work together of these common causes. There is no political differences for me. Those who love Manipur and working for the integrity are my friends and those against it are my enemy. It was only four days ago that my friend Manuel Tapial and I spoke at Parliament Hill in Ottawa about the #GlobalMarchToGaza, and with the support of Members of Parliament from three federal parties. He has been detained and arrested by the Egyptian police for over 12 hours now, and we don’t know his whereabouts whatsoever. He knew the risks, but he took the risk to come here. Because ordinary people of this world want to see an end to the famine and genocide in Gaza. What will it take for our governments to act accordingly to end complicity in genocide?

We have been blessed to have 150,000 people from around the world praying daily for nine months to Our Lady. This is truly momentous and miraculous. I want to share that as these historic nine months come to a close and we prepare to make our solemn consecration to Our Lady of Guadalupe on December 12, we will also make a special novena within a novena. The son of Palestine picked up arms to protect his abandoned people as the world leaders and organisations watch the genocide play out before our eyes. What an honour for the Ummah to have such people among us. What an honour for the people of Palestine. What an honour for the people of Gaza. What an honour for the resistance.
