Dangerous, unmarked and lack of signage, but it is what it is. We won’t to go to the poor workmanship but Kenya is beautiful regardless❤️

Indeed. The road is picturesque.

Hopefully emerging potholes can be repaired before the rainy season makes them worse

Nilitumia hii njia last week nilikua disappointed vibaya sana. Hii ni barabara "bado haijamaliza kujengwa" lakini inakaa barabara iko 15 years old. Kuna mtu alikula vizuri sana hapa.

Hii njia Mvua Ikikupata Usiku utakapitia...😭

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Leta story!

This road is literally crumbling before it’s even finished. They’re busy patching potholes on a brand-new surface, and we’re still waiting on basic lane markings.

@KeRRA_Ke why is this road not marked?

At night when it rains you cant see the edges of the road since the road is not marked

Double trouble.

This is the real state of the pathetic Ngong - Suswa road ..rn they've poured piles of sand along the road causing accidents. Degraded the environment and left open manholes / ditches beside the road . Vehicles fly into a certain church beside the road . Not one or two have

@KeRRA_Ke

Road is less than 2 yrs and already worn out. Does not have markings and signages, very dangerous

We may not want the China Road and Bridge Corporation to have a monopoly on our infrastructure, but local contractors aren't making a strong case for themselves. Many deliver such shoddy results that it’s hard to justify awarding them even the simplest murrum grading contracts

Fact

Hii kitu Haina shoulders, ona vile imeharibika and the way this govt was being praised for this road. Smh 😒 by next year on God there will be no road here, then they will readvertise it tena ndio wakule. Works like clockwork

Sahi unaweza lima shimo naogopa hiyo njia

It is also narrow.

Juzi Dec karibu tupeleke cop flani Sayuni kwa hii lami

Siet!

Ni God tu

I have maintained that this is a very poorly done road. That company Zhong Mei did shoddy work.. But the government approved @KeNHAKenya or whoever is concerned

This rd deserves a proper upgrade into a national trunk rd.

The shoulders are poorly done and already coming off and no road markings. Local contractors wamegula

Hii barabara usiku na kunyeshe 🤣🤣 Utatii!! Na hakunanga network mind you

Unrelated but that's a very horrible deejay. Why can't s/he let a song play for at least one minute

Just from the footage, it looks terrible. Ffs, can we ever just do the right thing? This road is supposed to fix traffic, be well done and long lasting but here we're with some pathetic road already being repaired.

Why does it look like a footpath..too narrow for even one vehicle. Much as it an aerial view.

No guardrails

Poor standards

Interesting...how was the video captured. Drone/Chopper involved?

Drone. @96Lost_ Can explain it better.

@gmagak Active track by @DJIGlobal . @grok do a paragraph on how it works

DJI ActiveTrack is an AI-powered intelligent flight mode in DJI drones that uses computer vision from multiple cameras and sensors to automatically detect, lock onto, and follow a selected subject like a vehicle, person, or object. In the DJI Fly app, you draw a box around the target or use gestures, then choose modes: Trace follows at a fixed distance with real-time obstacle avoidance and path planning; Parallel tracks from a consistent side angle; Spotlight keeps the camera centered while the drone hovers or moves independently. It predicts motion, adjusts speed/altitude/direction smoothly for cinematic shots, all hands-free in P-mode.

No drainage, no markings.. just kenyans and their mediocrity

Poorly done road

No road markings, no speed limit signs, infact no signs at all, portholes and crumbling pavement, no lighting, no drainage. Overall D- grade.

Narrow, unmarked road in the middle of nowhere.

Drove here going to Narok and came back at night heading to NRB, the road was pitch black you could see all the stars, locals erected unmarked makeshift bumps due to their cattle getting struck…beautiful during the day but don’t drive at night, easier playing Russian roulette.

If it rains, death wish...

some designs on sections of this road leaves you wondering whether it was deliberate of default to avoid cost Otherwise a lonely road at night to follow

This road is already full of potholes. @davis_chirchir please and kindly get the contractor to return on site and fix the minor pot holes but crazy ones before they become something unmanageable.

Where are the road markings?

Could have done a beautiful dual carriageway properly built with excellent shoulders esp for cyclists

Final coat never applied, no road shoulders, markings, signage.....the list is endless.

@KeNHAKenya hii ni ya ngombe wu magari you clueless bunch ?

Si hii ndio ruto alilaunch juzi tu?
