Can someone explain to me what the cheating is? I'm guessing he's reading like the inputs or something?

He's using auto low block and auto punish. But Hwoarang has a low/high string where you have to wait on the second hit high to duck and punish. So it's trying to punish the first hit and dying to the second hit lol
