Had a few people ask if this is something you can actually do full time and quit your 9-5… I love that question—because I did. I quit my job and never looked back with OddsJam.com It’s possible if you want it. But like anything, it takes discipline, consistency, and hard work. This world doesn’t reward the lazy. Marcus Aurelius said it best: “You love your bed? Was it for this you were born — to feel nice and warm under the covers?” Get up. Get after it. It’s possible if you want it bad enough. I’d love to lay in bed all day too… but I’ve got work to do. And atleast it’s work I enjoy doing and it’s a room over from my bed so I’m definitely not complaining 😂

Two shareholders asked me why is $CNL drilling the San Antonio project (2 rigs) when we have a major discovery in Apollo (Guayabales project)? Answer: How can we ignore a potentially giant system located next to the Pan American highway and hydroelectric power lines only a few km’s away from Guayabales? San Antonio is without question a big & intensely altered system with porphyry style mineralization traced for more than 3km with the following attributes: 1. Multiple styles of porphyry related mineralization encountered through drilling incl. copper and gold porphyry mineralization, late stage CBM veins and sulfosalts. 2. Hole SAC-11 discovered a porphyry system by intersecting 290.2m @ 0.58 g/t Au, 3 g/t Ag and 0.17% Cu. We are hunting for the source of this mineralization 3. 🇲🇽 GUADALAJARA VS. MONTERREY 🇲🇽 Today Herminio asked me: "Genuine question bro, why do you like Monterrey over Guadalajara?" Well, let's dig in... I have spent A LOT of time in GDL, had my 3 kids in the city — I have NOT spent time like that in Monterrey But I'd still pick MTY Here's my best attempt to compare and contrast the two: 1. GDL and MTY are similar in many ways 5+ million in each metro, both cosmopolitan + modern in their own ways, both considered vital to Mexico's economy Food is a wash, as both offer elite restaurants and dining — medical care and hospitals are solid in both too The similarities could go on and on, sure I'm missing a lot But for differences that matter to me... 2. Nature + Outdoor Access GDL is not a city that offers much nature and outdoor access You've got Bosque Los Colomos, Bosque La Primavera, and Barranca de Huentitán inside the city That's pretty much it Then you have Lago de Chapala 45 min away and Tequila with the volcano hike around 1 hr+ in car MTY is wrapped in the Sierra Madre Oriental — mountains are the backdrop, not a drive away From San Pedro or Carretera Nacional, you're within 45 min of: - Parque Chipinque — trails 15 min from your door - Cascada Cola de Caballo — waterfall in Villa de Santiago - La Huasteca canyon — 20 min - Matacanes — world-class canyoning - Potrero Chico — one of the best climbing destinations on earth - Grutas de García — massive cave system - Santiago Pueblo Mágico — colonial town in the mountains - Presa La Boca — lake, kayaking, horseback And that's just the tip of the iceberg, there's great hiking around Monterrey and many homes offer stunning mountain views 3. Comparing the nice areas... San Pedro + Carretera Nacional (MTY): - Mountain-adjacent, you see the sierra from the kitchen window - Lower density, more green space - Carretera Nacional has newer housing stock and runs toward Santiago - San Pedro is basically a gated city-state with its own excellent municipal services and the richest per-capita tax base in LatAm to fund them You can buy or rent houses around the Carretera Nacional area for far cheaper than anything similar in the nice parts of GDL Zapopan + Providencia (GDL): - Puerta de Hierro / Andares is nice but it's upscale-mall energy. - Providencia is walkable — but you're in the middle of the city and it's not really lively - Parks only option for green spaces Both Zapopan and Providencia are apartment living spots, as renting a house in a gated community in either will break the bank 4. Safety — nice zones only, honest comparison San Pedro Garza García is consistently one of the safest municipalities in Mexico — Carretera Nacional corridor = same story Jalisco has CJNG headquartered in-state Providencia and Zapopan are more than fine on the day-to-day, but it's not getting better When I first got to GDL, you heard about a shooting at a mall or bar 2-3X a year, when I left we were hearing new stories weekly Similar overall, but I think SPPG + Nacional Carretera are a bit safer than Zapopan + Providencia 5. Weather with an * Yes, GDL has better average weather, as the "Eternal spring" climate is hard to top Yes, MTY has brutal summers and cold-ish winters But if you're wealthy enough to choose between San Pedro and Puerta de Hierro, you're wealthy enough to leave MTY for June, July and August In those hot months, you move your family to the beach for summer vacation If you couldn't do that, then yes, GDL has much better weather But weather stops mattering as much when you have some mobility Then the other 9-months of the year, GDL and MTY offer very similar weather ------------------------------------------------------------ I could go on and on here... My Honest Verdict: I had 3 kids in GDL and loved the city, all my kids were babies in GDL and I have incredible memories there, made many friends But if I were picking a Mexican base TODAY, knowing what I know now → San Pedro or Carretera Nacional No hesitation More mountains + nature, more top schooling options, somewhat safer in the nice zones Plus, it's closer to the US and the weather argument dies the moment you can fly to the beach for the summer Just my take... Don't shoot the gringo, errrrr messenger ;)

Today, I took the new Lucid Gravity SUV out for a quick drive. Here are my initial thoughts of the car and the drive: Materials & Seats: I have to say, this is a nice vehicle. The interior feels very premium, and the materials feel expensive. The perforated vegan leather seats are plush, provide good support, and hug you nicely. I sat in two Gravitys, one specced with the $4,200 Tahoe Brown vegan leather seats (really liked that color) and one with the all-black interior. The massaging seats are also surprisingly useful. Unlike the gimmicky ones in many cars, these actually feel great and not like a tiny mouse poking your back. I’d use them regularly if I owned one. The powered second-row seats are roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space for legs and feet. One small gripe I have: the grab handles on the interior feel like very cheap, hollow plastic. Design: The Gravity leans more toward minivan styling than SUV, but I actually think it works. Lucid managed to fit a whopping 120 cubic feet of cargo capacity into this thing. For context, that’s about 24% more than the Tesla Model X (91.6 cu ft), even though the Gravity is an inch shorter. It’s also just 10% less than the Cadillac Escalade IQ EV (131 cu ft), despite the Escalade being more than two feet longer. The 6K OLED panoramic display looks great, but the software felt a little laggy at times and is tough to see in direct sunlight. The steering wheel button design isn’t my favorite, but I do like the flat-top, flat-bottom design, Reminds me of Cybertruck’s wheel. Cargo loading is very convenient. With the air suspension lowered, the rear load floor is super low, making it easy to get things in and out. The trunk opening, though, is oddly shaped. I found the hatch uncomfortably close to my head, but raising the air suspension helps a little. Taller folks may still run into that issue. Showroom Employees: I met three Lucid employees at the showroom, one of whom had worked at Tesla for 10 years. All of them were very nice and knowledgeable. Sound System: It’s VERY good—great bass response, not muddy. It has Dolby Atmos, and it rocks. The Cybertruck still has the best factory sound system I’ve ever heard, but the Gravity’s is still great. ADAS: Unfortunately, I didn’t have much time to try it out, so I can’t give an opinion. But the 360-degree camera view is nice. It makes parking much easier and has a curb-rash alert so you don’t scrape your expensive wheels. Test Drive: The Gravity I drove, including options, was priced at $115,000. The ride felt firmer than I expected, even in the softest air suspension setting, but it was still comfortable. The sportier modes were fun and deliver that classic, quick-acceleration EV experience. The steering feel struck a good balance—sporty, but not tiring for everyday use. Visibility is good, and the glass windshield that extends past your head is cool (though I still think the Model X windshield is more immersive). Charging: The Gravity has native NACS and can charge at speeds up to 220 kW at Tesla Superchargers. In general, the vehicle is capable of up to 400 kW charging speeds. Final Thoughts: As Tesla fans, we can sometimes be tough on non-Tesla EVs, but I think the Gravity SUV is evidence that Tesla’s mission is working: accelerating the advent of sustainable energy. Tesla’s mission and past work helped pave the way for a vehicle like the Lucid Gravity to exist and come to market. While Lucid’s path to profitability is still in question, and while the Gravity is expensive (for now), even from my short time with it, this feels like Lucid’s first truly great product. Only the $94,900 Grand Touring trim is available right now, but the company says the less expensive Touring trim will come out late this year for $79,900. We shall see. I still remember this thankful money. with this I ate a nice dinner with my gf I still don't know the reason(maybe money laundaring?) but it went 5M and at this day when I woke up and checked my trojan, THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HIT 6 FIGS IN MY LIFE and I didn't sell a penny because community was more important than money at that time here's a list what community did for me - bought me a new iPhone - bought me a new MacBook(these two were for a better stream - my PC and phone was trash) - funded me almost every equipment for stream - formed a team with 10-11 members and kept supporting me they even put my sleeping video at Timesquare, NY here's a video so how can I sell this lmao but sadly the coin goes up, the coin goes down too and this happened to my coin too it was sooo tough days but I kept doing my best and it ended from up 130k to making 3k only this project was like if someone asks me "what did you do in this year? can you answer to this question with confidence?", I will answer this coin with 100% sure and I just turned on livestream with this coin just for fun too was very good days
