Thanks for sharing Sir 👍 Carey Coombs murmur occurs during acute rheumatic fever; created by increased blood flow across thickened mitral valve. It is described as a mid diastolic murmur ( but absence of opening snap ) & disappears as rheumatic valvulitis resolves
