No surprises. 📲 Phase 2, by end of next week: Longer Shorts will begin to show up and get recommended in the Shorts feed. #SEONGHWA talked about filming challenges with junior idols because he knows that feeling so well and wants to help them in any way he can 😭 ⭐️: these days things are going so well, so I feel good. A lot of people recognize and congratulate me a lot, and... I feel really thankful. I also, in my own way, try to find what I can do and do it. That’s my mindset. So I wondered what I could do, and I just filmed challenges diligently, contacted people here and there and filmed. Even when I felt tired I wanted to help somehow, so I worked hard (like that), I wonder if it helped? If it did even a little, then that’s enough for me. And now, usually… I also had times like that, when I really wanted to film a challenge with a senior I admired. I would do my hair and makeup on my day off, go to the broadcast station and even bring a gift. That one moment would stay as such a good memory for me, and the senior would say a lot of good things to me that it would become a good connection. I thought, “someday, if I can, I want to do that too.” I don’t know if I can help in a big way yet (with popularity), but if it’s something good for those juniors I’ll do everything I can. I know that feeling so well and it's such a precious one, so how could I refuse that?You just have to do it, ofc. And if I’m can remember it I want to do their challenges too, but I’m really slow at learning choreography, even memorizing our own songs takes me a long time. But still, I want to do it sincerely. If I get the chance, I want to practice more and do better, but after doing so many (challenges) I do hit a bit of a limit. So even when resting, I keep watching videos and trying to film better (challenges). Yes. Seniors and juniors both prepare really well, so how could I do it half‑heartedly? I need to help, even if it's just a little. #성화 #ATEEZ #에이티즈

Matt Ebert was an average teenager from the Midwest when he wrecked his parent’s car, learned how to fix it, got hired to work in a garage, wrecked another car, fixed that one, opened up his own garage, and went on to launch Crash Champions, a national chain of auto-body repair shops in 38 states with over 650 locations currently worth $3 billion. I met Matt last year in Atlanta, where I was speaking at the annual Skills USA competition. Matt was there to recruit the most promising competitors right off the competition floor and get them started with an AI-proof (for now, anyway) six-figure job. (He employs 11,000 and could easily hire hundreds more today.) He was not there to buy me and my crew dinner, but when he saw us in the hotel restaurant, he couldn’t help himself. He left before I could thank him, but I tracked him down the next day and expressed my gratitude. “It’s the least I can do, Mike Rowe. I loved Dirty Jobs, and I appreciate what you’re doing to reinvigorate the skilled trades.” He said some other nice things, but I was already sufficiently flattered and invited him to come on the podcast anytime. It took a year, (Matt’s busy building an empire,) but the schedules finally lined up, and we were able to sit down for a proper chat last month, which I think you’ll enjoy. It’s a great American success story, but it’s also further proof that opportunity is alive and well in these United States, and available to anyone with a modicum of ambition, a refusal to take no for an answer, and a relentless work ethic. Asked multiple drivers in the media bullpen what it was like to have a day off Monday and then going back to work Tuesday to start a "normal" week. There was very little time between losing Kyle Busch and the start of Coke 600 weekend. Brad Keselowski: "I think most of the industry takes (Memorial Day) off, and usually it's just a break after running 600 miles. But it definitely had a different feel to it this year than others of more than just a physical rest, but a mental rest as well." Kyle Larson: "Showing our support to the Busch family on pit road before the race and getting to see them - helped me anyways sort of, I don't know, find some peace in it all. Just to see their faces and hug them and all that kind of helped me move forward. "I felt fine getting in the racecar and just getting back to work. Obviously you don't forget about them or anything like that, but you kind of have to heal and go." Todd Gilliland: "I thought all the tributes, all that stuff was very fitting last week, and I'm sure it'll continue on throughout really the rest of the year. That's a thing, right? You don't really know when it stops and just how, really, back to normal does it ever get." Sam Altman on How to Get Your First 100 Users In the clip below, Sam Altman walks through four common strategies to get your fist 100 users in order of best to worst: 1. Use your network. Email everyone you know and call in favors from anyone you can think of. But if it’s a paid product, make sure you charge them. “People who are inclined to do you favors are going to be too nice in what they tell you. So if it’s a paid product, charge them.” 2. Research people who might use your product and email them asking them to try it. “Conversion rates are low—maybe 2-3%—so you’ll have to reach out to more people. But you can send targeted emails saying ‘Hey, I just made this new product. I’d really appreciate if you would try it out.’ Most people want to be helpful.” 3. Social media outreach, posting to HN, forums, PR, etc. “The important thing to look for here is a traffic source that is sustainable rather than one big pop that then promptly goes away.” Airbnb is an example of a company that made PR work as an ongoing process—they were able to come up with press stunt after press stunt. But it’s hard. 4. Buy ads and point them at your website. “This is the ‘laziest’ and least impressive thing you can do… This is not what I’d recommend. I don’t know of any startup that has gotten big starting this way. I include it because it’s the idea that most people try.” This may sound basic, but I think this advice is important. Getting your first 100 users is mostly hard work. As Sam puts it: “Everyone thinks they’re going to put up this website, tell one person about it, and it’s going to take off like wildfire. It walks through nineteen channels you can use to build a customer base, and offers a framework to figure out which ones will work best for your business.

#SEONGHWA showing his birthday MD 🩶 ⭐️: I brought the real thing. I already uploaded it on Instagram, so some of you may have already seen it but still… this is its case and the ring—no, I mean the necklace (last year’s MD)—I made it to feel like a matching set with that case. This is is how it sits inside the case and outside ‘Seonghwa’ is written in Hanja characters. You can wear it on whichever hand you prefer and also since this is an open ring, it’s adjustable. It’s a bit big for me, but it’s the standard size, was it size 12…? It’s pretty, right? You can wear it comfortably, without any pressure. It’s actually a bit thinner than expected, so I think it’ll be really easy to wear. If you have thin fingers, you can tighten it slightly and wear it—oh, it doesn’t fit me now, maybe I tightened it too much. And for those with thicker fingers, you can also adjust it to fit. This here is a star and this is my birthstone, a diamond.. originally the design I made had two stars. The idea was to symbolize the meeting of two stars—Seonghwa’s star and ATINY’s star. But the design didn’t… look right, so I changed it to my birthstone instead. At first, I considered using topaz since it’s ATINY’s stone, but since there are two other members in the team with the same birthstone, I decided to just go with mine. And this here… do you call it a tray? Yeah, it’s a tray. I feel like I’ve become a jewelry shop owner rather than a food truck owner right now ㅎㅎ Anyway, this is a tray, and.. the quality is really good, I was honestly surprised. It has a bit of weight to it… not enough to work out with, but still, it’s got some. I also incorporated my star symbol into it. The reason I added this tray is so you can place the ring and necklace together like this, as a set. You can put them here when you take them off after wearing them. I thought it would look really nice that way, so I gave it a try. I’m very satisfied! 😊 #성화

We’re at a morning skate in Calgary, and it was a bag skate, of course. I’m thinking I’m going back to the hotel for a nice nap, throw on the suit, sit up in the press box and have a Gatorade. We’re on the bus and somebody tells me, ‘Hey, you’re playing tonight.’ I thought they were joking. I said, ‘Oh my God, we just bag skated. As soon as I let it go, I thought, Oh s***. I smoked Carey right in the face. The sound was insane. Everybody stopped. You could have heard a pin drop in there. All I could think was, Is Shea looking at me? Is he going to kill me? I wanted to dig a hole in the ice and hide. Thank God, it was Carey Price. He shook it off like it was nothing, and he’s the chillest guy ever, so he wasn’t even mad at me. PR agencies, part 1: When do you need one and who should you hire? Super common question. I've cofounded an agency and worked with at least a dozen others, and here's my answer. First, going direct as a founder doesn't mean executing every comms tactic, just as being a technical founder doesn't mean writing every line of code. If you can't keep up with all the comms work that needs to be done, you're a bottleneck and need to get help. And while you should never outsource the story and strategy, a good agency can help with crafting pitches, doing outreach, or managing a project like a launch or crisis. Finding strong writers is hard, so unless you luck out, you’re better off doing the writing yourself. Even if it’s mid, at least it’ll be mid in your voice. What are your options for PR agencies? Start with referrals from other founders. While people in the industry might want to advocate for friends or bash competitors, founders will usually give a frank assessment of their experience. Different kinds of agencies: 1) Large global agencies, eg Brunswick, Edelman, Sard 2) Boutique agencies specializing in corporate comms and special situations, eg Milltown or my former firm TrailRunner 3) Agencies specializing in tech startups, eg Outcast, Six Eastern, The Bulleit Group 4) Comms shops embedded with lobbying firms, eg Invariant or Tusk Strategies 5) Great freelancers like Cristin Culver, Cameron Langford, many others How do you choose the best agency? Is what you’ve told them reflected correctly; did they know what to do with the information? 3) How badly do they want the business? Is it excitement about your mission (good) or desperation to land business (bad)? 4) Who’s recommending them? Are their former clients the kinds of companies you want to emulate: Do you respect the taste and judgment of people who like their work? If they have a logo in their marketing materials and you call the founder, does the backchannel review match the company’s representation? A lot of people will agree to an endorsement just to be nice, but their private assessment might differ. 5) Do they “get it”? Can they instinctively pick up on problems or opportunities without you telling them? 6) Do they know the players in the space? Actually know them, not relying on Google or AI or databases to look them up and find their emails? matthew's 5 minute ment from the last day of encore con... i always get so touched when he mentions the simplest of things the 9 of them did and how he just wants to do it again together... 🦊 i... am having a lot of thoughts right now, there were so many moments that we've had together for the past 2, actually 3 years now. as for you guys, you watch us perform on stage the most often but what i'm thinking of right now is when we get off work at dawn and joke around with each other and just laugh and send funny pics of each other too, everything was so simple but those times... i really will miss it so much, those small sides (of ourselves) and when i went to bed yesterday i also felt a little weird. like i was somewhat... scared. but why am i scared? i was not scared to perform on stage, i was scared since this would be our last time performing as 9 of us, just... when i felt lonely too, like what gunwook said, we could go up and down the dorms and talk to each other, when we go overseas, we would just talk and laugh in the hotel until dawn, this is... i will just miss this so much. we worked so hard too and, back then too during our 2.5 years we were like "wah it's been 2.5 years!" but it ended as soon as we opened our eyes so it felt like a dream. it just didn't make sense. so even now i'm actually, recently when i went back to the dorm, ricky wasn't there. it was a bit... i just miss ricky. i really miss him so much 🐱 i miss you too, i'll come find you a lot at the dorm 🦊 i really miss everything, like how ricky showers and sings at dawn and i miss every single thing. 🦊 firstly, i like it most when i see the members' faces so please let me see it once as a group. *group hug* 🦊 oh... so actually after i came to korea, whenever i felt lonely, i could just send kkt messages to the guys and we could just meet and have a meal too and that was so nice. for me, it was so simple to have a meal amongst us but it made my heart so warm. so... my first feeling was, after we debuted did we have jjajangmyeon and pizza? back then i was so happy and it was the start of us, now i just... want to have a meal together again... i'm sincerely looking forward so much to every members' future and you guys will love the 9 of us forever, right? i'll also watch the guys' videos and upload comments, you guys have to do it too! zerobaseone is forever. don't worry. i love you!

It's built on an almost uncomfortable understanding of what the user actually wants, not what they say they want. Steve Jobs didn't sketch the iPod because he loved music players. He sketched it because he understood nobody wanted to manage files. They wanted a thousand songs in their pocket. The device was the answer to an intent, not a spec. Airbnb didn't take off because the design got cleaner. It took off when Brian Chesky flew to New York and photographed hosts' apartments himself, because he understood the real product wasn't the listing. It was trust. Taste led him to the camera before the pixel. Here's what I mean. A recording from Octolane AI: 1. For a meeting that just ended, the menu shows: Recap. Send follow-up. That's it. Because if the meeting is over, nobody is thinking "how do I join?" They're thinking what did we say, and what do I send? 2. For a meeting that hasn't started, the menu shows: Join Google Meet. Generate prep. Running late. Reschedule. Send pre-meeting note. Different menu. Same button. Because the user's intent is completely different. - Nobody opens a past meeting wanting a Join link. - Nobody opens a future meeting wanting a recap. And yet almost every calendar app shows the same seven options every time, because someone optimized for consistency instead of intent. That's the gap. Taste is building the system that notices: 1. The meeting starts in two minutes and they're still in Slack → they want "Running late." 2. The meeting was 45 minutes ago and nobody showed → they want "Reschedule." 3. The meeting is tomorrow morning → they want a prep note. Because, - Nobody wants to write a meeting note. They want to remember what to bring up. - Nobody wants a "copy link" button. They want to stop being late. - Nobody wants a CRM field. They want to close the deal. The moment a user opens your product and thinks "this is exactly what I was thinking" - that's less about magic and more about the "Taste" compounding over a thousand small decisions about intent. You don't get it from a Dribbble scroll. You get it from sitting with the user. Watching them work. Asking questions that feel invasive. Living inside their frustration for a week. "You're a scumbag... how do you even look yourself in the mirror?" She said after we presented her with an offer above list price This is the story of how we closed the biggest deal in Frasier Cole history after one person and one conversation fueled a legendary revenge deal: November 15th, 2021, 1,323 days ago, 6 months into us starting Frasier Cole, we were working with a buyer who was in exchange. We already had 2 deals under contract with them and they really needed a 3rd to complete the exchange. We saw a deal that had been listed 2 days previously and it fit the clients criteria and remaining amount in their exchange. Best of all, we had a relationship with the listing brokerage as we are already under contract with them on another deal for this client's exchange. Asking price was $5m and we offered $5,090,000 30 day look/10 day close. 2 hours later we received a call from the CEO of the company. She started off cordial because, well, Mason had a prior professional relationship with this woman. Things quickly turned when she asked Mason "How he looked himself in the mirror?" and telling him he a "scumbag who only cares about low hanging fruit?" "Under no circumstance will we be paying you any commission on this deal. Your client is welcome to buy it but we will be keeping the entire fee" The reason was because she's known our client for years and because we already are under contract on a deal with this company. Our response was "If you know the buyer so well, why didn't you show him this deal?" That only made her more angry... so she said they let the other deal slide but this one they have no intention of paying a commission. Mind you, this woman makes $1-2m a year. We told the client and they were unwilling to pay our fee. Mason and I were pissed - what could we do? We have no signed buyer rep agreement and no recourse. We could let it go, move on, take the high road... F*ck that We started thinking of ways to get revenge... The best idea we could come up with that night is to buy their office building, rezone it for MF, and kick 'em out. It worked because it was a shitty office building on maybe the best development tract in Dallas. We looked up the owner of their office building and immediately called him "Would you sell 5550 LBJ?" "Yeah, actually this is perfect timing we just sorted out a title issue and are looking to sell." "Great, we'll get you an offer and take it from there" Holy sh*t We immediately called one of my best friends and college roommate Dustin who worked for a PE group in NYC. They loved the deal. What's not to love? 8.5 acres, 364k SF of office, and an existing parking garage. 17% occupied and all had short term leases or were willing to be bought out. Within a couple weeks we had an incredible offer to put in front of the owner and we were off to the races. That deal closed late yesterday after 1,322 days of working on it. Funny enough, the CEO who wronged us already moved their company out of the property before we were able to close. That's fine. Before they left, she found out that we had put the deal together. We heard she yelled at her office and land broker because they couldn't sell the building they were working in. We are now on to bigger and better things, but this one feels good. --- The story of the actual deal is an incredible one, but I wanted to highlight how it came about. I will post the story of the actual transaction soon, but for now... enjoy our revenge story

She said after we presented her with an offer above list price This is the story of how we closed the biggest deal in Frasier Cole history after one person and one conversation fueled a legendary revenge deal: November 15th, 2021, 1,323 days ago, 6 months into us starting Frasier Cole, we were working with a buyer who was in exchange. We already had 2 deals under contract with them and they really needed a 3rd to complete the exchange. We saw a deal that had been listed 2 days previously and it fit the clients criteria and remaining amount in their exchange. Best of all, we had a relationship with the listing brokerage as we are already under contract with them on another deal for this client's exchange. Asking price was $5m and we offered $5,090,000 30 day look/10 day close. 2 hours later we received a call from the CEO of the company. She started off cordial because, well, Mason had a prior professional relationship with this woman. Things quickly turned when she asked Mason "How he looked himself in the mirror?" and telling him he a "scumbag who only cares about low hanging fruit?" "Under no circumstance will we be paying you any commission on this deal. Your client is welcome to buy it but we will be keeping the entire fee" The reason was because she's known our client for years and because we already are under contract on a deal with this company. Our response was "If you know the buyer so well, why didn't you show him this deal?" That only made her more angry... so she said they let the other deal slide but this one they have no intention of paying a commission. Mind you, this woman makes $1-2m a year. We told the client and they were unwilling to pay our fee. Mason and I were pissed - what could we do? We have no signed buyer rep agreement and no recourse. We could let it go, move on, take the high road... F*ck that We started thinking of ways to get revenge... The best idea we could come up with that night is to buy their office building, rezone it for MF, and kick 'em out. It worked because it was a shitty office building on maybe the best development tract in Dallas. We looked up the owner of their office building and immediately called him "Would you sell 5550 LBJ?" "Yeah, actually this is perfect timing we just sorted out a title issue and are looking to sell." "Great, we'll get you an offer and take it from there" Holy sh*t We immediately called one of my best friends and college roommate Dustin who worked for a PE group in NYC. They loved the deal. What's not to love? 8.5 acres, 364k SF of office, and an existing parking garage. 17% occupied and all had short term leases or were willing to be bought out. Within a couple weeks we had an incredible offer to put in front of the owner and we were off to the races. That deal closed late yesterday after 1,322 days of working on it. Funny enough, the CEO who wronged us already moved their company out of the property before we were able to close. That's fine. Before they left, she found out that we had put the deal together. We heard she yelled at her office and land broker because they couldn't sell the building they were working in. We are now on to bigger and better things, but this one feels good. --- The story of the actual deal is an incredible one, but I wanted to highlight how it came about. My Thoughts on R2 after my time with it! Short review! First, Rivian completely nailed this thing. I love the positioning of the driver seats. That long front nose gives a nice commanding feel. They will sell each and every one of these! Driving impression/suspension: 9/10 I felt the vehicle has good build quality. It felt *tight* and secure. Power delivery was smooth and crisp in all-purpose. Sport mode fella unlocked and ready for all the fun things. Power is rapid and consistent with a full power moment around 35-40mph, all the power is there. There is a good amount of nose rise during a hard acceleration. But I do feel the suspension was working well to control this. Remember this isn’t an air suspension. It’s a coil suspension. There is a difference between the suspension setting soft was SOFT. Firm was stiff but not overly stiff. It didn’t have that bouncing effect that some vehicles can have when going into firm suspension. Moderate was a good balance. I wish it could be more adaptive in moderate but it’s very very good. Turn in was good, and the turning radius was excellent. Switching from D to R for a 3-point turn was smooth and quick, no jerkiness. Very good control over entrance to parking lots. Stable. Lastly, it feels like the small delay some R1 have in throttle is gone with R2. Software: 8/10 This is where you guys know I am hard on them on. Because I want the best they can give. Rivian OS2.0 is a HUGE upgrade over R1. In all cases. Responsiveness, touch input, speed, app switching, keyboard responsiveness, etc., it is a huge difference. I love the new “fish stick” bar. And settings being available with one tap and being app-dependent first is fantastic. Well done Wassym Bensaid, the halo are great. The only thing about them is while driving, it’s hard to get a direct click, especially when trying to use it to switch drive modes where you have to push towards you. The halo likes the spin/move, but I think I just need to get used to it. Living with it would for sure help with that. I’m really hoping they fully unlock customization for them. You can end up with 8 different characters you could adjust. I really like having the driver display. But driving with it, you can notice how much smaller it is compared to R1. It’s no deal breaker, but it’s noticeable. Cameras felt snapper and of higher quality over Gen 2 R1. The turn signal sounds is new I like it as well as the forward and Evers noise it makes. Think Tesla sound when shifting. Audio: Now I’ve experienced R2 3x now. With 2 times with audio. The audio was significantly better than when I got to sit it in, in Miami for a block party. It’s about as good as R1 is now. There did feel like a sub was there. That’s great. I used my Apple Music account so I could listen to the song I love. And it was great. Not perfect but good enough. Long as it’s comparable to R1, it’s okay. Cabin: It was very well appointed. I actually found it sufficiently quiet. 🤫 I think for sure it’s quieter than my R1T without question. The HVAC system design (air vent) I like better than R1. I feel like the HVAC system now can blow the air on better than trying to. I need more time to test preconditioning because that’s where I’ve seen most of the issues with my R1 vehicles. Tons of space, easy to drop the seats, it’s flat, and nice under-floor space. The 1-touch drop for all windows was excellent. Overall: I think this is the Rivian everyone has been waiting for. This will be a fantastic one-car solution for so many families. There is storage for days, off-road abilities a Model Y can’t even think of doing, but the UHF needs to improve quicker than it currently is because that is really becoming a buying decision for people. I've been seeing a lot of talk about how CM 15 is "The worst CM to date" and really just general negativity around the state of this CM. I wanted to give my perspective as someone who has felt this is most fun CM in recent memory, using what people would generally consider one of the worst strategies. I know this won't apply to everyone and RNG factors in a lot, but I still think it's good to have the discussion. I started this CM originally with my usual plan on a Medium track around Late OG Nice Nature and double dom debuffers. The plan was to C4 velo bomb with unique and shadow break, using Dober, Red-Shift and Nimble to accel. I used my usual setup Front/Pace/Late, to give Natie the best opportunity to hit Nimble and overtake. While doing practice rooms, I found 2 things. 1) Natie was unable to get into position a lot of the time due to high front lobby composition. 2) When putting my Debuffers at end instead, Natie would have no one to overtake. Now don't get me wrong, she won sometimes but it was clear that every variation I was trying would not be able to catch up with a front or XOguri. So that left me with a problem. How do I close that 3-4 length gap? After talking with some of my knowledgeable friends, there was one mechanic I had mostly written off due to the environment. Dueling. I've always been an avid enjoyer and user of Dueling but really underestimated its power here. The clip on this post shows just how insane Dueling can be on this CM. It's more powerful than double dom for backliners. Now how you force duel to work in your favor? The best answer, a second ace. I know for a lot of solo ace players this is a non-starter, but I feel for this CM as a backliner, Dueling is the best weapon we have to win. And having a second ace drastically increases your chances to duel with each other, giving you the power you need to catch up. The second piece to the puzzle was going back to my CM7 roots and stacking final straight velocity. Normally you have to stack a lot of mid game to keep up with the pack to stay in position, but I felt that saccing a small bit of it for more late game velocity had more value. There's also probably my favorite skill this CM, It's On. This skill along with good pace up from high Wit really handled a lot of my issues. Keeping a front debuffer that would fall back in the mid game gave me almost a full guaranteed proc of It's On every race. These changes to my team saw so much success in practice lobbies, it was pretty insane to see. I was able to win almost every variation of lobby composition that is common this CM. The only one that would always be the toughest is a full front lobby. Most of my races here would be losses as both Natie and Muteki would not be able to get into a good position to hit Dober/Red-Shift. I will say I have been extremely lucky in my lobby rolls this CM to have very few of them. I've also had a few wins even in those high front lobbies despite the odds being against me. Being able to solve this puzzle to best of my ability was very fun and to see the results has been awesome. My main takeaway would be is, if you have another Oshi outside of your main one that you've always wanted to race but didn't because you were doing solo oshi, give duo oshi a shot. You might find something new that you really enjoy. It's really awesome to watch both of my favorite umas win races😊

10 drives in with FSD v14.1 and here are all my thoughts. First of all- wow. Zero disengagements or interventions thus far. The confidence and overall human like driving is next level. The steering inputs are so smooth, braking inputs are earlier and more linear than before. It gives off Robotaxi vibes with how it navigates parking lots, plus how it drives and how quickly it backs into a parking spot. Such a nice experience to ride along with it. Seeing FSD now navigate parking garages is so cool. When you enter it waits for the arm to open after you get your ticket, proceeds in and finds a parking space. When you leave it does the same thing, gets close to the ticket stand and then proceeds. Really fascinating to see in person. It really sometimes feels like FSD can now read signs in the garage to guide it to the exit. Brought it to the back corner of a garage and it found its way out. Hurry mode is awesome, quick and more assertive than before, while also being smoother with less unnecessary lane changes. Sloth mode is what you’d expect- exact speed limit and gentle driving. Icons are cool and easy to change. When you start FSD from park, there’s no delay. It starts right away and leaves in a split second. Really good improvement. I love being able to select the Arrival Options if I am parking curbside or in a charger, it also automatically chooses depending on where you navigate to. It perfectly parks at Superchargers, tried it at the Tesla Diner and at the Santa Monica supercharger and both times it was excellent. Always centered in the lines and it parks better and quicker than the majority of humans do. Only thing so far to note is one instance of slight braking when going around a bus blocking a lane, was probably not even 1/2 of a second and dropped 1-2mph but felt it. Super super minor. Had FSD v14 move over for construction, a loose cone on a dark road, and obey a worker holding a stop sign. All of them were smooth and felt human like or better. It pulls in and out of my driveway great, doesn’t hesitate at all as well as when at chargers. Everything has a quicker response time. Curbside is cool too as it pulls right up against the curb perfectly in a parking spot. This release now means now 100% of your driving can now be done on FSD. From your driveway into a parking garage. Elon was right when he said it would feel sentient, and this isn’t even v14.2 yet. The Tesla AI team COOKED with this update. It’s phenomenal. Huge congrats to them for such an epic release. This is a HUGE update and I can’t wait to drive it more. It’s now 5am so I’m going to attempt to get some sleep, but tons more driving and videos coming later today as soon as I can. Thanks everyone for following along.

Good Morning America, I don’t want to leave San Francisco but I have to if I want to LIVE. San Francisco used to feel like the future. Now it feels like a cyberpunk dystopian social experiment. Open air fentanyl bazaars from 7th to 24th trading the collective stolen property of California for the cheapest fentanyl in the USA, stepping over government issued crack pipes, used discarded needles, cess pools of blood, urine and feces, women giving birth on the sidewalk, stillborns in public toilets, people living in sewers, people jumping off buildings, the morgue overflowing, bodies dumped in the bay and the constant threat of The Big Earthquake that’ll probably just finish what the politicians started. This sucks. How can I build a life for myself or start a family in this place? Not when fentanyl is showing up on the playgrounds and schools and all of the grocery stores are closing down and our local leaders want to give our kids gender surgery before they have even learned their ABCs and 123s… It’s all just one super Sam fucked up social experiment and I’m tired of the Soddom and Gomorrah hunger games. We have judges who release criminals faster than DoorDash delivers, cops who are exhausted from arresting the same people 47 times a month and a library system that’s basically a daytime shelter for drug dealers and the mentally ill. We have “activists” who scream about equity while ignoring the veterans sleeping on the street and the families fleeing the city because they can’t afford to live here anymore. We have dozens of secret societies and gentlemen clubs and yet nobody has the balls to fight to save San Francisco. $2 for fentanyl? That’s cheaper than a loaf of bread, a gallon of milk and a gallon of gasoline. San Francisco has reached terminal velocity in its economic collapse. When the a.i. bubble pops everybody will be screwed. Techys are being laid off because the ai and robots they built are replacing them and soon they will replace you and me too. The Full House days are long gone. It’s the Holodays and my Family used to go shopping at the mall in downtown San Francisco, I walked in Westfield yesterday and it was a Skelton Building and all the stores were closed like the Led Zeppelin song. It’s not just the mall, everywhere you look downtown are FOR LEASE signs. Between the humanitarian crisis and economic chaos. From the billionaire tech office to the third world conditions across the street. All of my senses are telling me that this is the epitome of human suffering and my once beloved City By The Bay has become a mecca for the destitute. New York, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington, etc. are all shipping their criminals, homeless and addicts on buses to San Francisco. I’ve seen these groups get off the bus and heard with my own ears them saying “You can do whatever you want in San Francisco, they don’t care about anything.” The culture has shifted from peace, hope and love to steal, rape and murder. All around downtown San Francisco are “Missing Women” flyers and there are news ones every week. Nobody is talking about that. I go to get groceries and the store is being looted. Our grocery store is potted all day, every day. Nobody is talking about that. Even though all of our grocery stores are closing down. Nice “AmericaFest 2025” in Arizona, I’m on the frontlines in the trenches of California in the far left Lion’s den the ultra blue democrat stronghold Dante’s inferno San Francisco. I’m going somewhere I can wake up underneath the trees and watch the sunrise in peace where I don’t have to fear my door being kicked in or go to sleep to the sound of emergency sirens, where I can build a family, where I can actually contribute to something that doesn’t collapse every few months.
