Both reasons he gives for inequality are wrong. So wrong it's actually kind of stupid for someone who focuses on this issue to not see the correct answer. The "inter-race" inequality exists for the same reasons "intra-race" inequality exists: God made reality and human beings. Reality is based on eternal principals and human nature continuously reflects certain eternal truths that remain because of who we are (free moral agents made in God's image but defaulted towards sin and ignoring our conscience, who must be TAUGHT to do/be good). A perfect culture is one that 1. puts high importance on teaching a proper understanding of reality and human nature to future generations and 2 encourages its members to make the profitable, moral decisions give the information they learn in #1. The closer a culture is to a perfect culture the better it performs over a LONGER period of time. (There's a reason 🇺🇸 is a 'young' nation but has the oldest constitution). You don't have to be a Christian nation to have a more perfect culture/union. But it helps bc God lays out the principals of reality and truths of human nature on a silver platter in the Bible for anyone who has wisdom and a teachable spirit. Whites used to be pagans not much more or less successful than any other group. Then over a few generations almost all white threw away paganism in favor of Christianity.
