You can literally hallucinate whatever you want in this reality... if there is what we call lucid dreaming, there is also what we might be unaware of that is called lucid waking. It is where you can see through the all and blend with it at will. You just have to train your mind to do it. It's basically self induced schizophrenia, where you control the hallucinations, the hallucinations don't control you. But you're not actually interacting with real objects, no one else can see them, but you can feel it with all 5 senses, like a dream. They’ve shown us this in the movie "inception".

This man’s dog passed away a few months ago. They used to tie him up to this tree out in the front yard as he loved being outside. They even buried his leash at the base of the tree. As he was walking by the tree they used to tie him up to, they noticed a formation at the bottom of the tree on the trunk and it looks so similar to a photo they have of him. He said he’s aware of pareidolia, where people see patterns or formations in certain things. But he doesn’t believe it is that. I see it. Think it is so cool and beautiful. ❤️ Do you see it? What do you think it is? Ever heard of pareidolia? Think he is seeing what he wants to see? Or, do you think it is definitely a sign of his beloved dog?

They see us once the game is going the popcorn's been popped and the lights are brighter. It takes so much more like sacrifice and discipline and things over the course if you want to be really great at this and if you want to do it for a long period of time. It's so many hours that you got to commit to it. There's so many things that you maybe want to do that you can't if you want to be great but everybody's journey is different. I'm just speaking from my journey but I do think that the game gives back to the ones who put the time in and commit to the game. That's just the game God's rewarding and we don't cheat the process"

Action is the only thing that can trigger that change." Rich uses running as the perfect illustration of this principle. Imagine you wake up in the morning and you're supposed to do a run because you're training for a race. You don't feel like it. So what do most of us do? "We all resort to that state where we think, 'Well, I don't want to do it right now. I'll just wait until I feel like doing it and then I'll do it then.'" But here's the problem with that logic: "If you're waiting until you feel like doing something, chances are you're probably never going to get to it." The mood you're hoping will arrive on its own? It's not coming. Not without action first. "To take the action despite how you feel about it is the thing that catalyzes the state change." You don't run because you feel motivated. You feel motivated because you ran. He points to what every runner knows from experience: "When they finish the run, they're always glad that they did it. They don't generally regret it. And then they feel better." Notice the sequence. The good feeling comes after the action, not before it. The state change is the reward for showing up, not the prerequisite.
