Devil's advocate, I used to work at a gas station and this was the policy. We actually weren't allowed to sell things in bulk. People were more than welcome to buy a case of Red Bull, Coke, etc, but they had to be charged individually

In that situation I would’ve walked over to the Gatorade packs got the exact price and told them the product is priced at this exact amount. It happens at Home Depot all the time with individual parts & pieces for construction materials. They lose their labels all the time.
