Trump when asked about abortion in his town hall yesterday says that states that have strict abortion restrictions are going to be “redone.” “Some of them I agree—they’re too tough. Too tough. And those are going to be redone.” 🤔I’m confused, is Donald J. Trump only for “states rights” when they allow abortion but against “states rights” when they restrict abortion? They have risen because 1) the abortion pill has become way more accessible and now is the leading type of abortion and 2) pro-abortion states expanded legalized abortion and 3) pro-abortion groups have been funding more abortions. Not one woman has died from an abortion restriction or ban. That doesn’t happen. The infant mortality rate has increased in some places but that also makes sense because a percentage of abortions are done on children with life endangering illnesses, diseases, and disabilities. So if you don’t kill them in the womb, yes, some will die after birth. That’s not an increase in death. They just don’t count it when unborn babies die, only born. If they counted both in the same category, the rates would be lower because a lot of these children who are being aborted actually could have survived.

These people are so uneducated and misinformed. None of the "rights" that this man claims that Donald Trump has taken away are actual "rights" protected by the Constitution. They are privileges. Show me in the Constitution where it says we have to pay Medicaid or Medicare to people for transgender surgeries. Where is that at in the constitution? Where does it say we have to continue to fund fraud in EBT and medicaid? Where does it say we have to fund EBT and Medicaid at all? Where does the Constitution say that we have to Grant asylum to anybody who crosses the southern border illegally? Where is that in the constitution? Roe v Wade was overturned under Biden. And that was done by the Supreme Court not Donald Trump. My opinion on abortion. No one at all should be able to tell a woman that she can’t have an abortion before the 20 week mark. Here is why… - Before 20 weeks, a fetus does not have the capabilities for complex neural activity that would be required to have a subjective subconscious. Without a subjective subconscious the fetus doesn’t even know it’s alive, and doesn’t even know it exists. It can’t feel pain, have dreams or have thoughts. - Before 22 weeks, a fetus simply is not considered viable. It almost never can survive outside of the womb even with intense medical intervention. Most scientists believe that sometime around 24-28 weeks is when a subjective subconscious is formed. At this point, I think it’s absolutely wrong to have an abortion, unless the mother’s life is in danger or the likelihood of the child surviving birth is extremely small. Fact is that less than 1% of all abortions in the US occur after 21 weeks. This equates to a little over 4,000 abortions per year. Of these 4,000 (1%), over 99% of them are in instances where a mother's life is in danger or the child has severe fetal anomalies incompatible with life outside of the womb. That means that less than 0.01% (less than 40) abortions per year take place after 21 weeks in which the mother's life isn't at risk or the baby isn't going to die upon birth. Historically, the Roe v. Wade decision (1973) allowed for the right to an abortion but permitted states to impose restrictions after viability (around 24 weeks). So that's why women want to be left alone. Women make the right decision for themselves. States can outlaw abortion after 24 weeks and very few people have problems with this. One Nation Australia is the only one of the major parties with a shot at governing to have a policy against abortion up to birth so I am advising Victorian voters to choose them.
