Mental health struggles, pouring everything into her job, and a broken relationship with food and movement all came first. She’s now treating her ADHD, working on her mindset around eating, and moving more consistently. GLP-1 meds might reduce her weight, but they don’t touch what’s really driving it: how she thinks, her mental health, and her relationship with food and herself. She’s not willing to risk her current stability just to make other people more comfortable with how she looks. The real fix isn’t just shrinking the body. It’s addressing what’s going on underneath. She’s pointing out that GLP-1s can change the weight but doesn't fix the mental and emotional stuff underneath. Do you agree with her?
