One thing we forget easily is that it took a lot of violence and presidential assassinations for India to get here. They had to reach a place where they realized that they could not rig without dire consequences. The Indian electorate is not docile.

My country, has over 900 round-the-clock news channels. There are over 5,000 newspapers published in a day. "They each play a role in Upholding democracy in their own way." We think the media market in Nigeria is saturated but for democracy, I am venturing into E-media, influenced by these words of Nerendra Modi and I am saving this reply here as the origin! It is a projected $590M market by 2029 and even 1% of the market will keep us in business, so help me God.

You can't listen to this and not agree. It's really mind-blowing. Even South Africa over here showed us how to run a free and fair election. But I have come to the conclusion that these Jegudujera Agbalowomeri politricians aren't interested in us having a free and fair election just to be able to keep manipulating the system.

Btw, it cost India about $600m to conduct their election, similar amount INEC wants to use to conduct 2027.

I dare anyone to share Tinubu taking a question from a journalist in the past year.

Our politicians knows nothing but deceit. They've mastered the act of evil n call themselves 'master strategist' The devil is really running the show here

You're so right 2006 OBJ: NNPC cannot manage refineries 2026 NNPCL CEO: NNPCL cannot manage refineries 20 years to confirm what had been concluded soening $2billion and losing $4billion What a monumental waste with asset depreciation and loss of value.

Sir, don't be shy in mentioning the country's name We know so they are. Nigeria sorry

Huh?

@zenavic_1 When he said some countries take months to announce 📢 election results

@asemota We don too appear in so many negative things

@asemota See ehn, I'm just numb to the issue of Nigeria. Still trying to figure out why God put me here. I feel out of place

@asemota Except children of the corrupt leaders, so many of us are asking the same question. One may think, he's living comfortable with the little business or job they are doing, but one little challenges will remind you, your life is in danger here

This shows how seriously democracy is taken. Every single vote truly counts, even if it’s just one person in the middle of a forest.

The Nigeria political class are alien, they are too heartless and conflicted to be considered normal.

The bogus budget figures by INEC is actually enough to give us this experience but personal interest is larger than national interest

My goodness 🙆🏼♂️ India is remarkable. Meanwhile, here in Nigeria, instability, incompetence, and endless excuses have gradually been normalized. What should provoke outrage now often passes as routine, and many have come to accept it as the standard.

Simply put: I believe the Nigeria political class does not have the interest of Nigerians at heart.

@SenGodswill @seyilaw1 @officialABAT @NationalAssembl @NGRSenate @inecnigeria @Peter4Nigeria @NigeriapolicePR @PoliceNG @ARISEtv @channelstv @PeterObi This is nor rocket 🚀 science

We are not a nation of truth

In India, elections are held electronically. Nobody uses tipes on ballot papers. India uses choppers to move election materials, whereas in Nigeria, it's Mc Olomo and it's boys who are in charge of transporting the election materials.

They have not done right by the people so they know they don't stand a chance in a free and fair election.

High Chief, I even read about the machine they use. Election tampering in Nigeria is just pathetic. We just have people who don't care in politics.

A polling booth was set up for 1 voter? 😳 India IS a serious country!

What I really like about this video is that, it's obvious the prime minister of India knows every detail about what went on to make the election work. Our president can't do this, someone will have to answer for him. It's a shame.

The so-called country that is pushing democracy around the world with terrorists groups and conflicts can't even boost of a free and fair elections you are calling Nigeria. Rubbish. Everybody that wants views will mention nigeria. Call your country or the country men in the video

@inecnigeria come and learn

@inecnigeria for your consumption and execution. Kindly make sure the chairman sees it. In a recent news, he is seeking collaboration with the wrong group, when India has clearly cracked the code.

There's no substitute for good and intentional leadership; not resilient citizens nor "hustling spirit" will cut it. We can see that population plays no role with the way Nigeria is, if anything it is meant to be a propeller for a better nation.

How much did this election cost?

@Son_of_Bello Nigeria government hate to digitalize governance because it will stop them from stealing our common wealth. Elections is number one

When can Nigeria ever get anything close to this????????????????????????????

@EmekaOkoye Nah…We are very serious at the wrong things; serious at creating inefficiency, unleashing hunger, weaponizing poverty, killing dreams, wicked regulations, election manipulations, gender wars, main character syndrome, and overhyping ourselves

@seyilaw1 please listen to this.

The politicians here are just not humans. They're not good people at all.

@renoomokri silly man spitting trash just for food

Abi na AI?
