Nigeria problem is unplanned system. Every time a new governor takes office, development often starts from scratch because there’s no continuity in policy. We don’t need to reinvent the wheel every four years. We need a system where development outlives political tenures.

Great point… Having a laid down developmental plan is the way forward. When you get into office what is required for the state to thrive is already planned out. Follow the laid-down plan…keep your retrogressive plans out. Having economic plan designed by top policy makers.

GREAT POINT: An unplanned system💯.

Exactly. Nigeria needs continuity, not constant reinvention. Every new administration should build on what works, improve what needs fixing, and complete ongoing projects. Development should serve the people, not restart with every new government.

That has always been my opinion. Get a long-term blueprint of how we run our country that can be reviewed after every 10 years to align with current realities.

Nigerians want to know the plan. Peter Obi has one: a production-driven economy, security for farmers and businesses, jobs for our youth, better healthcare, quality education and solid infrastructure. No ethnic or religious politics, just results. VOTE OBI!

So did Peter Obi follow your advise when he was Governor? What development plan did he leave behind.

I think a Tinubu running against Peter Obi is an insult. Countries have strategic plans to run over years. Obi is a leader

We have a terrible problem with a lack of housing, which is driving up rents. We have a 1% vacancy rate. We need development desperately and quickly to bring the supply up and costs down across the board. Right now it takes 4 years to get a permit. I built LaGuardia airport in 4 years. My plan is to build 50,000 units a year because we can, and we will.

We need to stop celebrating leaders for mediocrity and demand value for our taxes and loans taken in our name. Leaders should stop thinking that development is a gift to the people. Every region in Kenya deserves development because they pay tax.

Our country is badly in need of change. And we need change that puts our entire political system back in the service of ordinary people. There’s a lot to do, and we are all behind Keir Starmer to deliver the change we promised.

The Somali refugee crisis in Minnesota is a LEGAL immigration problem. Not ILLEGAL immigration—legal. So yes, we have to deport every last illegal alien. But we need to overhaul our legal immigration system too. Enough talk. It's time to get to work.

Our current first-past-the-post voting system is hugely undemocratic, allowing a political party to secure a massive majority of seats on a minority vote. We need to introduce proportional representation now to ensure every voice is heard and every vote counts.

We don’t need a technocrat so much as we need a visionary. We need someone who appreciates that the vision of a country that belongs to its people rather than its corporations is the vision we should hold most dear and protect from all assault. We don’t need more political car mechanics; the problem is that we’re on the wrong road.

.Palmer Luckey: "Patents are Chinese instruction manuals" and we need to reinvent the US patent system: "Stop patenting everything." "The Founding Fathers never predicted a world where you'd have a globalized economy, and the entire patent office could be downloaded every single morning, ripped off, and then used to fight a war against you." " We need to really fundamentally revisit the patent system." "I think we need to massively expand the national security patent process. You can obtain a classified patent. You can get a patent on something that you are not allowed to disclose to anyone, but you still maintain the exclusivity on those rights." " We need to massively expand that program."
