Over 52,000 Christians have been killed in Nigeria since 2009. Read that again. 52,000 souls. 52,000 mothers, fathers, children. 52,000 martyrs whose names the world refuses to remember. In the last four years alone, more than 16,000 Nigerian Christians have been murdered for their faith. Churches firebombed during worship. Entire villages wiped out overnight. Women and children abducted, never to return. Yet the Nigerian government calls it โ€œbandit activityโ€ and โ€œfarmer-herder clashesโ€โ€”anything but what it is: systematic religious persecution. The facts donโ€™t lie: โ€ข Nigeria ranks #6 on the World Watch List for Christian persecution โ€ข Over 300 Nigerian Christians are killed EVERY MONTH โ€ข 5,000+ churches have been destroyed or closed since 2021 โ€ข Millions displaced from their homes โ€ข The attackers? Often identified, rarely prosecuted This is genocide in slow motion, and weโ€™re watching it happen. โ€œIf one member suffers, all suffer together.โ€ โ€” 1 Corinthians 12:26 We donโ€™t have the luxury of silence. Our brothers and sisters are dying while we scroll; WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW: ๐Ÿ“ Call your Senator and Representativeโ€”DEMAND action and tag them on this post ๐Ÿ“ Contact the State Department about Nigeriaโ€™s religious freedom violations ๐Ÿ“ Support organizations helping persecuted Christians on the ground ๐Ÿ“ Share this postโ€”make people uncomfortable with the truth ๐Ÿ“ Pray the Rosary for our suffering brothers and sisters Their blood cries out. Will we answer?

American soldiers: Nigerians were on our FOB in Afghanistan. A group of Christian Nigerian men prayed for your safety every week. As army chaplain, I was invited. They prayed with power and strength. The yielded Godโ€™s word like a sword. They prayed over our convoy operations and the soldiers at each FOB. This includes MARINES at Leatherneck. I will never forget the power and strength of the Christian Nigerian men. Us soldiers (and US citizens) must pray for them, in return. God Bless.

I see many comments here and honestly all I can say is people are so blind and callous Many of you speak conveniently and convincingly accusing these guys of calling on the US for help cos you're not caught in the fire..if you've lost about two persons to this, you'll understand

I've heard about the increase in assaults on Christians across the world but this is the first footage I've seen of that persecution... Its a shame our MSM is fully owned by the people doing the massacring...otherwise more people would know about this threat.

People donโ€™t realize that allying with Nigeria and getting their country back is one of the most strategic moves you can possibly do in the world today. Itโ€™s actually almost vital to our national security to help and align with Nigeria. If we donโ€™t China will and Muslims

May Jehovah our Heavenly Father grant us the wisdom and strength and open our eyes of understanding to see what He desires for us in this season. Father, we stand before You as a nation at a crossroads. Illuminate our hearts with divine insight, fortify us with Your strength, and awaken us to Your purpose for Nigeria in this critical hour. Let us not be blind to Your vision or deaf to Your call. To the families grieving from the recent atrocities, we pray for Godโ€™s comfort to envelop you, as He promises, โ€œThe Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spiritโ€. May His peace sustain you through this pain. My people, the future of our beloved country doesnโ€™t in the hands of foreign powers but in our handsโ€”you and me. No foreign player, no matter how well-intentioned, will ever carry Nigeriaโ€™s best interests the way we, can and must. History speaks loudly: Libya, Iraq, Yemen, Syria, and Palestine bear scars of foreign interventions that promised solutions but delivered chaos. Their stories are a clarion warningโ€”external forces cannot and will not heal our land. They will come to steal kill and destroy. Nigeria needs Nigeria. We cannot ignore the glaring truth: our greatest obstacle is often from within. Too often, we are distracted by personal gain, divided by tribalism, or paralyzed by apathy. The selfishness within our borders blinds us to our collective power. This is our season to rise. God has opened our eyes to see that Nigeriaโ€™s healing begins with us. We are not helpless; we are empowered by the Creator who has given us โ€œa spirit of power, love, and self-disciplineโ€. Let us reject the temptation to outsource our destiny to the US, the UN, or any foreign entity. Instead, let us uniteโ€”across tribes, religions, and regionsโ€”to rebuild our nation with integrity and purpose. Act with wisdom, seeking Godโ€™s guidance in every decision, from the ballot box to the boardroom. Stand in unity, setting aside selfishness to work as one body. Take responsibility, knowing our landโ€™s healing requires our handsโ€”through community initiatives, accountable governance, and ACTIVE citizenship. We declare today: Our land is healed โ€ผ๏ธNigeria will rise, not by foreign might, but by the collective faith and action of her people. Brothers and sisters, this is our moment. God has opened our eyes to see His vision for Nigeriaโ€”a nation of peace, prosperity, and purpose. Let our prayers ignite our resolve, and let our actions reflect our prayers. We are Nigeriaโ€™s hope. We are Nigeriaโ€™s future. With one voice, we proclaim: Nigeria needs Nigeria.โ€ผ๏ธTogether, we will heal our land. Amen.
