Yes, Nova Rain from CyanideX, I love it looks and Natural Californian Lighting mod with the same LUT for it. It doesn't crush black colors that much and it looks good during sunny days.

I'm still experimenting with LUTs and Reshade, trying to get a universally great look for all weather states and times of day. It's a Sisyphean task lol.

Oh yeah, most work only in cloudy weather or very specific movements sadly, especially with Reshade. I just ended up using lut switcher and then going from original to nova vibrant and this one. Gits LUTs pack is also very solid.

It does, I often just spend 30 minutes or so of playing to just drive around the city at night, after finishing the game 3 times and completing almost everything

It’s the best feeling any game has ever given me. I would just walk around the city when I was starting to burn out during a playthrough and just let it wash over me. Never gets old.

Whenever I play I get distracted and just drive through the city. So aesthetic and immersive!!

playing this on pc max settings w/path tracing is breathtaking. I even use the mod that adds tons more NPCs and road traffic, which totally adds to the immersion. I wish every fan of this game could experience that.

Just disabled all UI, slow walk is just with the controller by moving stick slowly
