When I drive my car to Tatsumi PA after the event where the CREW REP is cut off, it won't go forward from the screen that says loading, and I have to quit the game from my desktop each time. Is there any way to work around this?

Is this happening only to me? Essentially, you can view the car when you purchase the initial vehicle. However, on my PC, I am unable to view the cars, let alone purchase them, making the game impossible to progress. I would appreciate it if you could improve this.
