Posting for a couple reasons: 1. To fact check the statement I kept hearing and seeing 2. To show she’s clearly able soooo why did it go wrong and she throw over the plate? (Coaching error, catcher not knowing where to set up, or pitcher error?)

At the time, no one could believe she walked Jayda, TO GET TO TIARE. That was crazy!

I’m sorry, she knows how to walk someone. She could have called time and told her catcher to move over. I think she was pissed at having to do it. And I get that but her coach told her to do it.

I agree, completely. Also, the batter after Atwood has had a way hotter bat in the WCWS so it was dumb to take your chances on Mitchell with bases loaded

Love that Jayda still gets pumped 😂

At least the catcher at Stanford was smart enough to stand in the opposite side batters box behind home plate so there wouldn’t be any shenanigans like last night.

The Internet lives on

Boy I miss Jayda’s energy

Didn’t the next batter homer off of her?
