This is the 1976 Ferrari 312-T2 I'll guess by reading the comments,you posted a video from the Historic Grand Prix in Monaco,the car is driven by Marco Werner.

Sorry but this isn't from 1976. It's a footage from one of the Historic Grand Prix races that take place in Monaco every year. And also this is the Ferrari 312B3 from 1974 season.
