Basically the burstt is 50,5x20x1,5998x10=16157% it without counting her S1 dmg MIHARA IS STRONG! I cant calc S1 dmg bc have no idea about how "Specific Timing" work, but, she want be the 2nd B3 of the team, she need 13,33s to get 20 stacks from S1 at 60 FPS!
