भारत के पहले शिक्षा मंत्री अबुल कलाम आजाद इस्लाम को इतनी बारीकी से जानते थे, की तजर्मन ए कुरान , और अल-हलाल जैसी पुस्तकें भी लिखी । अलहलाल नाम की इनकी एक पत्रिका भी आती थी ।। मौलाना अब्दुल कलाम के पिता थे मोहम्मद खैरुद्दीन .उनके परिवार ने भारतीय स्वतंत्रता के पहले आन्दोलन के समय 1857 में कलकत्ता छोड़ कर मक्का चले गए।वहाँ पर मोहम्मद खॅरूद्दीन की मुलाकात अपनी होने वाली पत्नी से हुई। मोहम्मद खैरूद्दीन 1890 में भारत लौट गए। यहां उन्हें कलकत्ता में एक मुस्लिम विद्वान के रूप में ख्याति मिली। इस प्रकार एक कट्टर मुसलमान जो पहला शिक्षा मंत्री बना। जिसे अपना इतिहास ज्ञात था की राजा मानसिंह के कारण उसकी पठान कौम पूरे साम्राज्य का नाश हुआ है, तो भला वह फिर श्रीमानसिंह के नाम को गुमनामी में क्यो न् पहुंचाता ? विदेशी कभी नही चाहते थे, की हिन्दू अपनी कूटनीति और बलनीति के प्राप्त हुई विजय का इतिहास पढ़े । वह केवल हमे हमारी हार पढ़वाकर , हमारा मनोबल तोड़कर, हमे गुलाम बनाकर हमपर अत्याचार ही करना चाहते है ।। यही कारण है की वामपंथी और अरबी शिक्षा पद्धति ने कभी भारत के सच्चे सपूतों का इतिहास सामने नही आने दिया । कांग्रेस ने किस तरह से इतिहास की तमाम घटनाओं को हमसे छुपा लिया सोचिये

Not really, Vedas are not to be read as no one can translate them perfectly a good part is said to be lost. they are not meant to be read like a book, nor without the guidance of a guru. It takes 9 Years learning only Sanskrit grammar to be able to start reading Veda.
